A Trip To The Moon

One of my favourite stores in Adelaide. So much there for any person, it's expensive but I think that's ok. It's not impossible to purchase you would just want to be very careful on your selection. Love love my trips to the moon.

A great little store.
Every time I am close by, I check the new fragrances. There is Tokyo Milk and other brands from Margot Elena; Acca Kappa, Demeter and more.
There is a large selection of toys, select homeware, pens and fashion jewellery.
I always find some gifts and stocking fillers.
Staff are friendly and eager to assist. Shopping or just browsing is easy, highly recommended.

Excellent customer service! Beautiful range of products, from $ to $$$. Just a beautiful store and well informed staff who go above and beyond. Especially wonderful if shopping for a baby or young child!

Eclectic mix of toys, homewares, and things you don’t find in many other stores. Good for that odd gift

Unfortunately I have had a rather disappointing experience with the customer service and communication. My mother purchased a cat clock for me on my birthday. Unfortunately the clock didn't work so I returned to the store to see if they could fix it. Understandably the staff member was unable to get it working so wanted to leave it for a staff member with more experienced with the clock. Over a week went by and I had no call or any form of communication. When I called up they were confused and then asked me to come in. When I came in the staff member didn't even know if it was fixed or not but asked me to return in AGAIN if it wasn't. I get home and unpack it and IT'S NOT EVEN MY CLOCK. They replaced it but with a smaller one! Customer service, communication and attention to detail is very poor! I would have been happy if they just replaced it but NOT with a smaller/ cheaper version of the one that was first purchased!

Love browsing this store. Some of their stuff is pricey but good quality. The kids section has some excellent toys

Delightful bright store. The best store on the Parade Norwood. It has excellent quality of European products. There is so many gifts one can buy for family and friends.
It is more on the expensive range. But you will not be disappointed.

Full of fun things. A treasurer cave. $$$$.
Good to go to to find that special gift for that special child.

I agree that something is over priced if compare with online shop. But if you don't go there you will never find so many great stuffs. So I always buy something there even I know I can get the lower price somewhere else, just support the business that explore the wonderful world for us.

We were disappointed with the customer service. When we asked a question about a product the staff member was rude and made it seem like we had bothered her. Limited stock and overpriced items. Won’t be coming here again!

Poor customer service. At 15 to 5 there were no customers but would not gift wrap as ‘too busy’. Disappointed.

This place has got everything! Great for gift finding. I'll be back to buy stuff for myself anyway.

Great place for novel gifts suitable for everyone, you'll end up finding products for your self instead. Interesting and intriguing store with friendly staff to help you out.

Great place to find unusual and very good quality products from Europe including France and Germany.

Lots of interesting things, could get lost in there for hours. Great present options all in one place.

The feel of the store is welcoming and you will find yourself a gift for a loved one and yourself - full of amazing and wonderful precious gems
