The brilliant and genuine customer service we received from David and Pam combined with the obvious extensive knowledge and fact they service what they sell made buying our Karcher tile cleaner/ scrubber from A&E MECHANICS an easy and confident decision.
I had a warranty claim for my FC7 floor cleaner, purchased at HN 6 months ago. Thankfully the HN representative directed me to A&E as the Karcher service agent, as opposed to having to visit the HN store and go through what may have been a painful warranty process. The team at A&E was courteous, efficient and provided me with an excellent outcome. Karcher (national) is very fortunate to have A&E representing their brand in Adelaide and SA.
Looking for Upgrade parts and spares for my Karcher units, friendly helpful team lots of gear on the floor and shelves with a full service centre there as well.very helpful for me
