Amazing flavours. You are warned that you will be so confused on what flavour to choose! The service I’d give 10 stars if I could. Both workers & owners treat u like a true customer. They never make u feel weary about trying flavours of their perfect ice cream. I do always succumb to their pandan, black sesame, lychee, coffee ice creams. Wish they had a 20flavour take home pack coz I can never make up my mind. Keep to the great service!

Really nice store and great customer service!
I didn’t catch the name of the person who served us but they were really nice and very passionate about their job. Highly recommend their combination of lemon sorbet and melon sorbet. The lemon on its own was a bit much but when combined with the melon sorbet was very nice and well balanced. Thank you for going the extra mile to make this trip enjoyable:)

The staff are VERY patient if you come with kids and there are hard choices to make. Handy that they also let you taste a flavour if you're not sure. Generous scoops and you can have a cone or a cup. Plenty of seating.

Ice creams are full of flavour and I think one of the best in town. Good seating space and huge range of flavours. Best part: all ice creams have tags in regards to the dietary requirements.

This is fairly the best ice cream shop in Australia. Various flavours and options for all. Never disappointed!

Great flavours, strong and distinct, without tasting synthetic. Of course I haven't tried all of them though haha. The pandan ice cream is amazing, awesome flavour, as well as the toasted coconut. All their ice cream has a very smooth, luscious texture.

Staff are always happy to see you and happy to let you try any flavour you want before purchasing. They also don't get annoyed at you for trying multiple flavours if you are unsure which one you want. Overall a great experience and tastebuds are very satisfied after every visit!

The service was lousy. Staff hassled us to order while we were choosing from the 48 flavours. When we were ready to order a staff member said “be with you in a minute”, finished serving a customer then ignored us and served two large groups of people people that arrived after us. The same girl served us eventually but acted like we were an impost, rather than the customers whose money contributes to her wage.

The service always terrible, especially from the guy who always there.
Always hassle and rushing us to order even when we just come in to have a look which flavour we would like to have.
The way he speak and stare at us tells it all, not really convenient to choose some flavours we really want from 48 choices.
He should learn the basic of customer service, as he is more suitable to be a security than customer service!

If you like ice cream then 48 flavours is for you. Now that they have locations around Adelaide, give it a try, you won't be disappointed.

Ordered a medium take home size but somehow got a large size, which was fine. But I don't know why when I already paid 27.9, I was still charged 1% surcharge because I paid by card. I didn't notice I was charged such fee until I went home and checked the transaction.

10/10, Sensational ice cream.

We called in here before a show at her Majesty's Theatre, coffee, drinks and snacks, good service friendly staff.

Great selection of flavours including the exotic and uncommon. I highly recommend the durian flavour. Can really taste the fruit.

Gorgeous people who work there and love what they do. The flavours are very unique. We loved that they gave us an extra spoon of something or try for next time. So worthy.

Customer service at it's best. There were so many flavours to try and they all looked delicious. The lady serving us gave us multiple test samples and always with a smile. Ended up getting a 4 scoop cup and it was glorious!

I’ve never been a particularly big fan of ice cream but wow this hits different.very generous servings aswell, can’t go wrong.

Used to be good value for money but lately very small and not worth the money you pay very disappointing

Was adventurous, and tried the Strawberry, Balsamic & Pana cotta? Was delicious
