This is a scam service, they tell you a doctor will come to you and bulk bill the fee - but actually they want to call and do a telehealth consultation and charge you $80 - $100
Don’t waste your time
The doctor won’t come
It’s not bulk billed
PS pretty sure the “doctor” that called was not in Australia and had a terrible phone manner and actually sounded quite uneducated….

This service deserves 0 stars. I rang at 8 am and was told the doctor would come within 4 hours. I rang again after 4 hours and was told the doctor will start visiting patients form 12 pm, which means I would have to wait 4 more hours and they also said there’s no guarantee that my son will be seen. 4 hours wasted and my son still unseen. Please don’t waste your time with this terrible service.
