DO NOT RECOMMEND. Been here twice for a warranty part replacement and both times have been stuffed around. Both times the car was dropped off early morning, and was promised a pick up time around 1pm for the car to be ready. Of course, it was not ready at all and the car was sitting there for hours on end with no comms from the service team letting you know it's ready. Multiple calls made with no one to answer or get back to you. I had to physically visit the dealership to ask if my car is ready at the close of business. I had to reschedule personal and work appointments because of this which is very inconvenient and a waste of time. They claim text messages were sent but that's obviously a bunch of lies.
Ridiculous and unprofessional service with meaningless apologies. What's the point of asking what time I would like the car to be ready when you can't live up to it?

I am not bringing my car back here again.

Brought my car in for a service on Friday the 8/9. Paid $347 for the service. While driving home I noticed my service sticker on the windscreen and computer on my dash had not been updated. Something felt off, so I had someone with mechanical knowledge check over my car only to find absolutely NO part of the service had been performed except a stamp in the logbook. I informed them when booking the service that my brakes would need replacing this service as advised at my last one. This had not been done. There is a layer of dust over everything in my engine bay which made it very obvious that nothing had been done as there were no finger marks or disturbances to the dust. I also found a tool left jammed under my bonnet. Wonder how that got there considering nothing else had been done.
I have brought the car back today to enquire why my service had not been performed. The manager Jay continuously argued back with me, even after showing him all the blatantly obvious signs that my car had not been serviced. Told me that my oil being a dark brown and stinking of petrol is normal. Finally he took the car to the technician to check over. About 15 minutes later he came out and told me that all the parts that were supposed to have been used on my car were still sitting there untouched. So no, my service had not been performed and I had PAID for that.
I am thoroughly disappointed in Westpoint Autos and the manager for arguing with me and treating me as though I know nothing even though I was right from the beginning.
I have now had to sit and wait another hour to be provided with an invoice and have been informed the only way to be refunded is to provide my bank details and wait two weeks to get my money back.

Not impressed with the service department, tuscon went in for a 15k service when i got home i checked to make sure it was completed correctly. Logbook was not filled out, no water in the washer container (even though they charge you $2.35 for the solution) and air filter had bugs and leaves in it should atlest be blowing it out. I rang to sort this out they were going to call back in 20 mins but didnt i called back 3 hours later and left a message but i still have not received a call back. Now i have to drive 35 mins and a day off work to sort this out. Ive had to drive back after the 3k check over because they didnt reset the service reminder

The service was done timely and they washed the car. I was very disappointed that they again did not reconnect my dash cam.

Very busy dealership and well worth going to. Elia is such a super informative salesman. Went for a test drive and told me all the features of the vehicle. Was very upfront with things and communicated when he would be next in contact. Which in a busy world is very much appreciated. Can highly recommend Elia at Hillcrest great guy.

The worst service department i have ever came across they have me car for the day but dont call to let you know how things are going or if your car is ready to be picked up or not so I'm left with a car I didn't purchase or want. Come on Hyundai hillcrest pick up your game.

Booked weeks in advance for a service here, no issues with my previous. Added to the notes ahead of time I needed new tyres. Got a call around midday saying they’d have to order tyres in, and could I come by tomorrow to pick up, “hopefully by 10.30”. I came at 11.15 and was told it would be “another couple hours”.

Rebooked for 3 days later (today), again was told “a couple hours” and it’s been over 3.5. Just to change tyres! Overpromised by James and the team and well under delivered. Won’t be coming back.

I went to get my car serviced and had a terrible experience. Was lied to about a part being fixed and stuffed around.will never go back to Hillcrest.

I took my i30 N-Line 2021 for a Car Serviced here on 23/6/23 then returned it on 26/6/23.

They installed my Oil Filter incorrectly which caused a reasonably big oil leak. This left a oil stain on my driveway and my Under-tray/Splash guard covered in oil.

I then took it back to get it rectified. They said they cleaned my engine bay and tried to clean my driveway. The next day when my driveway dried, the driveway has still got a oil stain and my Under-tray/Splash Guard is still covered in oil (See Photos)

I’m incredibly disappointed as a service cost of 300$ just for a oil change and this is the service I get.

Definitely read this review before you book your car in.

Don't waste your time with the service department!
The customer service staff are good to deal with, only positive. Asked them to investgate a known issue with jimnys (noisy gearbox / transfer case) they admitted there was a noisy and did a visual check of the gearbox and transfer case. Which is totally useless. They did not even drop the oil to check for metal. Instead they blamed my driving and said I wasn't changing gears properly.

If they say half an hour, be prepared to wait three hours at least. Terrible service. Car died 3 weeks after servicing. 2016 model bought new. "Sorry we can't help".

When I was looking for a car late last year, I went in there and looked around and I tracked down a salesman after 20min and he had zero interest in showing me the car I asked about. I ended up buying a tucson highlander elsewhere. Today my car had to go there to have something done, I was looking at the new cars and I could see two salesguys through the glass sitting at their desks ignoring me. After a while I went in to the showroom and one put his phone down and asked if I needed help without even bothering to get up from his chair. Very, very poor service from the salesmen.

When you look at the cost of servicing your car and they list a hundred things as "Inspect" or "Check" on pointless items such as check hood or door you know what sort of price gouging most car dealerships do and they charge a fortune. Next time I'd service my own car and learn via Youtube.

If I could zero stars I would. These guys damaged the thread on my sump oil drain plug & then quoted $1890 for the repair. Car had 65K on it at time of service. When I returned vehicle to them for a second opinion they doubled down & returned with a revised quote of $2100. Insisting they didn't do anything wrong & the damage was from wear & tear. Will not use them again.

Just wanted to say, James was the best sales associate ever! Got monthly updates and was always happy for me to come in and test drive. Made the experience of buying a car, so much fun! Gavin really helped the surprise and moved everything so quick to make it possible. Elia was awesome when explaining everything and also helped the whole experience! Honestly not a better dealer out! Very poor customer service experience. Just over a month, I bought a Suzuki Vitara 2022. Since then, I have been battling with Westpoint to have my spare keys, owner manual and service logbook. At the time of the settlement date, Westpoint informed me they didn't have those three items together with the car, and they would send them to me by mail later. Last week, after days being neglected by the sales person in charge, I discover Westpoint have lost the spare keys, owner manual and service logbook. The sent it to a wrong address and now the items are gone. I have trying to reach anyone from management, to explain my case and seek for assistance. No one reply me back. I am placing a complain with Suzuki QLD. It is unacceptable a customer service like this. It ruined all the excitement and enjoyment of buying a brand new car.
