Zone Bowling Surfers Paradise

We played two games and bought a 2L beer which came broken and spilled on the floor and Sarah the manager didn't want to admit our mistake.

We ordered a two-liter beer, the container was broken and leaking. We asked the waitress Sarah to change it, she never brought it back.very bad attention. You have to be kinder and nicer in life.

We asked for a beer mug and it was broken so we lost a lot of beer on the floor. The employee named Sarah blamed us for this saying that we had broken it so we lost the beer and she treated us badly.bad experience

Waited 30 mins for food. When it came it was served cold and missing half the ingredients. Ordered a halloumi burger which comes with lettuce, halloumi, onion, mushroom, aioli and smashed avo. I got mine with halloumi and mushroom.nothing else.

Had a lot of fun, prices were reasonable.
Girl who served our drinks at the bar was nasty and rude right from the very beginning. Dirty looks all around after we ordered. Then she came around to our lane as we were bowling and started taking our balls away? So we had to go get more half way through the game because it’s double lanes and you share the ball return with the other group. Super frustrating and probably won’t go back because of her.

Pins would be knocked down, or you'd get a strike but one pin would come back up. This happened so many times. I would not return.

The moment we arrived. Then they Tried on 2 occasions to move us from our game when we had 2 shots left, all to accommodate a school booking. Surely no brainier says to get the school to wait whilst we finished up. Lastly I’m not sure what the girl was mixing with a bowl and whisk behind the drinks counter, surely this should be in the kitchen? This should have been warning signs as, myself, husband and toddler all ended up with food poisoning. We have been in an horrific way and are due to flying home today.

Had a great game at Zone Bowling Surface Paradise. Good clean fun with novelty on the lanes.

Had a wonderful party for my son at Timezone surfers paradise. Sienna was a wonderful, kind and very helpful host. Thank you Sienna. Will definitely be back!

I ordered a watermelon margarita, it took about 30mins for it to arrive. And it tasted awful… it was oddly salty and the consistency was thick, maybe they used an expired syrup or something.
Went up to complain about it, the guy tried it and told me that’s how they make them and gave it back.
I normally don’t complain but there was definitely something wrong with it. And not to mention it was $20

Had an amazing time here at zone bowling on my night out with friends. Bit busy but awesome staff, especially the one named Hollie, really made it so much fun!

Unfortunately our experience was not great, 2 days in a row however it was dealt with well by the gentleman assume he is the manager thankyou

We had a family gathering in one of the party rooms and Sienna A was our host… Sienna was fantastic! Everything ran smoothly and she went above and beyond to make sure we had an awesome experience. Thank you Sienna:)

Great experience. Well catered and laid out. Drinks available. Friendly service. Wheelchair friendly. Good day out with family. Busy on weekends. So check booking times.

The team were very accomodating for our very late night decision to go bowling.
Good selection at the bar, great atmosphere in a safe and fun environment

What nearly turned into a disaster was saved and turned into an awesome time through the amazing service and effort from Nicole who literally saved the day and the party and couldn’t do enough to help. Nicole is truly an asset to Zone Bowling and I can’t thank her enough.

Really enjoyed our games, staff were lovely. Food took a long time to arrive, and they forgot about our drinks, but quickly sorted them out when I finally went and asked if they were on the way. Not too crowded.

The food was ok normally go there and the food is really good but today it wasn’t good at all the chips we not even hot and the nachos they have were really spicy and normally they aren’t sorry for bad review bad I had too

Asked for 2 games, only when part way through the game did I realise our screen said game 1 of 1.
Worked out though as we left to go to another bowling alley we could actually play properly at.
It's ridiculous how limited the ball sizes were. My husband could not find one ball his fingers did not get stuck in.
Also feels like a weird concept to have the pins attatched to string.
