ZONE BOWLING and Laser Tag Robina

We went for our sons birthday as it was raining. It was very loud and overcrowded (which is understandable on a rainy day). However, the point system is very questionable and the charges for games are totally over the top. If I pay $2.50 for a spin on one of the devices and get the most common points of 60, I expect to get something reasonable for 60 points. However, 60 points only get you a small pack of mentos or a lollipop. Then if you land on the 2500 point tile, it’s reduced greatly and only gives you 4 points on either side of the tiny strip of 2500 points. I don’t recommend this place at all if you want value for money.
If you just want a bit of fun for the kids, I recommend buying the cheapest option.

Had a great time here with my family this weekend and a special shout out to Sophie who served us at the bar. She made the experience that much better.

Overall good experience. Bought package deal. Upon exchanging points for gifts, we were told one of the cards hasn’t been loaded even though they were supposed to be by the staff. Was dealt with in the end but waited a very long time.

Their pump it up machine isn't in very good shape, often misses notes. The right pad is 'okay' but still not great

Games are rigged, total waste of money. Each game is too expensive. Money gets taken off your card when it shouldn’t. Don’t buy a bundle! Prizes are too much, kids don’t get to buy anything with their ticket amounts. Money better spent elsewhere.

Thanks for your response Christopher, however I don’t need to see the footage to check what the kids spent. I was with them the entire time. I spent $150 for them to have 15 minutes of fun. That is unheard of, which is why I questioned it in the first place. There is no value for money at all. I was essentially told tough luck.

Timezone robin is a magical place
Last weekend I took my cousins their for a family day out. The Team was friendly and helped us find the best options. As my cousins where little we decided on the 60min deal it was great because they got to play and get tickets so everyone got something in the end:)

Good holiday fun. Left a review to receive 5 free games but none of the staff could figure out how to redeem. Confusion reigns.

I love this place, it has it all. Bowling, delicious food and fun games. I appreciate the young man who served me for bowling, Keegan. So polite and understanding.

I came to Timezone robina with my family, the staff were amazing at providing us with the best experience.the venue was very clean with the staff making sure that when we arrived everything was spotless and ready to go!

This has to be the best entertainment venue on the Gold Coast! I bring my kids at least once a month for a bowl and to play in the arcade while my husband and I have a cheeky drink lol there’s fun for all ages and the team are always so friendly

Wow, where do I start,
Last Saturday the 28th of may, myself and a group of friends went to Zone Bowling at Robina. They had an amazing deal up for offer called the Super Fun Zone Pass. Where we got to do one game of bowling and one game of laser tag as well as 20 minutes in the Arcade. The staff were all very helpful, and helped us understand the deal as we had never been there before.will be coming back to Zone Bowling at Robina to see what deals are install for school holidays:)

First time being at Timezone at Robina, after their renovation.
My partner and myself came in on Monday the 31st of May at around 8pm. We played bowling while having food and drinks. The food was delicious and very cheap for how big the portions were. We had 2 amazing staff members serve us at the bowling counter with very positive and up lifting attitudes. Once we finished bowling we played Timezone games. We had such a great night and will definitely be coming back for more nights like this:)

Exciting atmosphere for children and adults alike. Premises have been upgraded since my last visit and offers great range of entertainment for children and a fairly comfortable place to have a coffee. Not cheap though but a great treat.

Was fun but slow service and untrained staff made the day frustrating at time. Properly wouldn't go back.

On arrival staff are very attentive but after that it goes downhill. Today and on previous visits very disappointed on wait time to get a drink, I stood at the bar for 10 minutes waiting for service as the staff kept making calls knowing I was there. The pins regularly fall over for no reason and have to wait for staff again to fix. Such a shame

My grandson attended a birthday party there over the weekend. He had a wonderful time. The staff were attentive to service for the party and ensuring that the boys had fun.

A great place for the kids and adults. Has everything in one location such as bowling, laser tag, dodgem cars and gaming machines. Will be back for other events.
