This place has the nicest staff! They are so kind and helpful. My son's now into pokemon, so we've been in quite a few times over the last 6 months and honestly, the team are so lovely

A great store with truly kind staff. They were so sweet with my 2 year old son today, after dealing with multiple rude people around the centre Zing Helensvale was the perfect uplifting end to our shopping trip. They even searched the whole store for a particular squashmallow for me which I really appreciated.

We found 2 pop thingys one of I love Lucy and a really great one of the fabulous Queen Elizabeth 11 and her Welsh corgi, it is a limited edition and the # is 01 my wife loves itjust as much as she loves the best Queen in world history.

Christmas crazy shopping is under way, but the sales girl who helped me out on Saturday afternoon was awesome. She had real knowledge about the "travel" game she was showing me. Great staff recruitment. Knowledgeable and friendly?

If I could give no stars I would. Don't buy anything from Zing. You go to get something from them on afterpay, they say go online, fair enough, we go online while we're in the store to take the item with us. Oh, low and behold, can't use afterpay because they are saying that the item, which is sitting on the counter in front of us is not in stock and not being released until June, ahh, hello, it's right there. Call head office and they say, sorry basically nothing we can do for a week or 2, tough luck is what they really mean by that comment.

Quiet store compared to the Robina store. But at least the prices are all the same.

Zing at Helensvale Westfield is by far the best Zing/EB store in the entire south east QLD area when it comes to service and Pop's. Their service is top quality, they go that extra mile to satisfy their customers and after visiting every other Zing and EB I refuse to go anywhere else. Extremely friendly staff and they have all helped me out with so many pops, I couldn't thank them enough. Massive shout out to Lizzy and Erin, those girls deserve a pay rise! They're so helpful and do more than any other Zing workers at any other stores! Thanks guys, keep up the good work!:)
