Great staff and great range of figurines to clothes to everything if you like nerdy or geek items then this is the place for you been going to zing since it first opened at gc always good staff and nice staff ask of your okay and need help and always good for a chat and questions never had a bad or rude exspensive will always recommend this place

Love this place. Always fun just to walk through and see some of tge toys from my childhood. And the staff are lovely. Always happy to help. My 7yr old love looking at tye wall of pop figures.

Go to Zing store from now on! Been to quite a number of Zing stores in the past but Bec is the friendliest and most enthusiastic staff member I’ve met at any Zing store.

The staff here are always so friendly and engaging, its wonderfully refreshing to see that shared passion.
May spend too much time and money here but its with staff who know me and my interests, and whats more can then understand what else you may be interested in - as they would be too.

Have always had great experiences there. Lovely staff, and Rebecca in particular stoof out as being very helpful to customers.

Really friendly staff and my local go to for anything Disney. It is a little price but really good quality stuff. The only down side is that preprder dates are not guaranteed but that is for the whole company due to supplier and delivery issues.

Staff were polite professional and very helpful I bought my wife a couple of things which she absolutely loved.

My children love visiting here, it’s very different from most other stores dealing with pop culture and the like. Great range, from t-shirt’s to mugs, posters to pop heads, key rings and socks. Lots of little knick knacks and books. Great gift ideas for the family, especially those into Star Wars, Marvel, DC and Disney. Visit here frequently. Customer service could improve, they should have more people on during the busy times and be a touch friendlier.

The team are always friendly, helpful and when kids (between 9 and 12) go to counter to pay with their pocket/Xmas money, the team is always more happy to treat them like little customers and engage in conversation with them about the item/s they are buying, what new games are about to come out, what movies are cool.

They've always got something that I'm looking for. Great to see a large range of DnD products available. Super helpful and friendly staff.

Staff were brilliant on the phone and in person
I called the store to make sure they had a size in the t-shirt and as it was purchased for a Christmas gift they put it aside

And they helped me so much that they looked at that computers to find out the second shirt that I wanted

so I called EB Games collected the shirt these two stores worked well with each other EB Games staff spoke highly of the zing staff

I spend far to much money here, the biggest problem is everything here is 20% over market value and they don't price match.
