Staff and very friendly and knowledgeable knowledgeable love stopping in here even just for a browse

Called the store & had them put asside a pop vinal I was searching for as a gift. They had one left & put it asside for me to collect. After driving 30min to the store they tell me they accidently sold it, even though the lady happily told me 'oh yes I saw it out the back before' only for her to return & say it's gone. Somehow it was sold from out the back of the store, yeah right, I don't think so.

Bad service, preordered a whole bunch of pops only to find they haven't gone through and has not been recorded under my EB Zing card. Never shopping at this zing ever again

Great store, perfect for shopping for someone who has a known pop culture interest. Hard to leave without buying a lot of stuff for yourself.

I ordered a nycc2020 pop for click and collect from this store. Was beyond excited to pick it up the next day after the confirmation it was ready for pick up. After driving 30 minutes to get my pop, they had placed a completely different pop aside and by that point that specific pop I ordered was sold out Australia wide. All the staff member had to say was she was sorry, there was nothing they could do about it other than talk to the staff member that made the mistake and offer me a refund.

After this I emailed my complaint to zing customer service and there response was generic and the exact same as the staff member.

Utterly disappointed with my experience and response to this situation and I will never shop from this company again. If I could give this review 0 stars I would.

It's places like this that make you realise that you're more of a geek/nerd than you'd like to admit. At least here it is expected and embraced.

Very knowledgeable staff, helpful and friendly. Good range of stock for collectors of all pop culture variants. All round great experience.

Zing took our 11yr old there, staff were amazing with her. Especially as she has an allergy to Synthetic products. All people here were careful and went to great efforts to ensure her safety, and the result was a wonderful time and a happy child. Definitely recommend to anyone wanting outstanding service

The layout of the store is very spacious, can easily spend a good ten minutes browsing through the store. Staff are very friendly and knowledgeable on what their selling.
