Had an awful interaction with the store manager yesterday, where he tried to bully me into putting the toy I was buying for my son back, like wth? Who doesn’t want you to buy from a store?

We love to buy gifts here for our Popculture nerd friends. Super helpful staff. Anything not in Stock and they will check with EB which is only 3 doors down.

Team are excellent at Springfield, and love a good bit of nerdy banter.

Love this store, always enjoy having a look and I always seem to walk out with something! The store is moderately clean and staff are friendly and enjoy a nerdy chat.

Went to Zing Pop Culture Springfield today and had an amazing experience. Was served by Matt, who was very charismatic, funny and helpful. Great products for good prices. I would love to be served by Matt again.

Can't understand the hype to be honest but my son likes the shop, some of the staff are a bit full on and can't understand why a Security Officer from the center found it necessary to watch me everywhere I went.not a good idea on his part

A great store with a huge variety of choices for all genre. Pleasant, helpful staff, plenty of parking in the centre.

This is the best Zing store I've been to and it is because of the manager, Jade, and her staff. Everyone is friendly, professional and helpful. A number of times, staff have really gone above and beyond, not just for me and my family but for other customers. You could visit the store any day and see this. Jade herself is exceptional and worthy of a pay rise or at least a decent Christmas bonus (are you reading this Zing overlords? ! She's awesome! You want to keep hold of someone this professional and caring). Thanks to Jade (and awesome blonde lady with the cool tattoos whose name I can't remember, sorry) I've got my hands on a game from my childhood that I can now share with my own kids. That's cool stuff! You can't put a price on that. And I could write similar stories for all members of staff I've come across here. I'm going to cut and paste this review everywhere I can find so the Zing overlords give credit where it's due. To Jade and her awesome staff. Absolute legends!

Good store but didn't offer a bag which is something your staff should always do, also seems like the staff are more interested in talking to each other then actually working.

While not the largest Zing store I've set foot in, the training, pop culture knowledge, attitude and honesty is the best I've come across. Unlike their gaming cousins EB, Zing workers are clearly not overworked and it shows. The staff give you an honest response to questions (and acknowledge when they don't know an answer), they don't push the sale at all costs and are good at holding a conversation.

I'd also like to note on several occasions I've seen them focus and assist people with Intellectual disabilities with absolute professionalism, respect and humour. This will continue to be my primary Zing store.

A Nerd's paradise. Stuff for the young and the old geeks. Want a pop vinyl? They have them. Want a new t-shirt with Mario's fat face on it? You got it! Zing!

Amazing staff amazing store just all round a great experience

The staff are A+, the selection of goods instore is a bit limited based on the size of the store.

It was excellent, they had in store a lot of things that sparked my interest and the employees were very well mannered and kind. I would absolutely recommend this store

Had the most incredible experience at Zing with Eloise!

She was bubbly, friendly, and all around just provided incredible, genuine service. She really helped me to find the gift I was looking for, and made the entire experience a pleasure.

I’ve been to many zing stores but this one is amazing. It has those items you don’t see at other stores often and the staff are amazing. I was lucky to have a staff member named jade today who was awesome I ended up finding exactly what I wanted as well as some amazing mandalorian banter which makes me want to rewatch it all again. Thankyou zing I’ll definitwly come back to this store. I have spoken.
