OMG, we love this shop. Fantastic customer service every time. HUGE selection of POPS. They stock everything from Harry Potter, Pokemon, Mickey and Minnie, MARVEL, Transformers, Indiana Jones. They have Slippers, T-shirts, Beanies, throw blanket, backpacks, purses. If you're looking for something unique or a collectable or just something for yourself, ZING will most likely have it.

The team at zing are always so friendly, lovely and helpful! Always chat to my little boy too!

Had a great experience with keen, attentive and respectful staff. Good range at good prices. If you can't find something, just ask. I only wish they had BlackPink Pop Vinyls or Kdrama memorabilia.

So they’ve got a pop up stall infront of Noni. B at Northlakes Westfield. I was there today and the lady serving us was absolutely lovely. She had a red ribbon in her hair but I thought she deserved some admiration. Christmas shopping can get hectic and she lightened my mood a tonne.

The Team at North Lakes are always busy when I visit. It seems abit understaffed at times for how busy they all are. My family are frequent shoppers at this establishment, god forbid my kids need to have those paper Pokémon cards. I’m so sorry, I got side tracked talking about my kids and the money I throw out the window. The team is always so busy, but they always have time to check in on customer. I appreciate the team at north lakes.

Just wanted to buy about 150 worth of stuff but was waiting in line for over 10mins cause the girl at the counter couldn't stop talking to the customer she has. Well you just missed a sale and will get what I want online from now on.

Lovely store with great staff. Had a good experience dropping by and having a look around. Left with a couple board games and a novelty towel. I'd say it was pretty well worth it.

Great store, with a great team. They are always willing to help. Only downside is that it's a bit small.

Staff are amazing. Super friendly, always willing to lend assistance and will try and help you find anything you need. Store is well presented. The only downside that I had is that I had checked online for products that I wanted and it showed as being in stock at the store however when I got there they were all sold out of multiple of the items I wanted. Was advised they've been sold out for a while now.

Purchased two unique items, received a nice discount & served by friendly helpful staff! Have to be happy with that!

Absolutely wonderful people - anytime I am looking to add something to my collection or even a gift for someone they are always so amazing in helping me hunt for it. Such a large variety of srock aswell for all different collectors. One of my favourite places to go for a quick look around or full on shop.

Fantastic range of movie and pop culture merchandise. Extensive selection of board games and strategy games. Love the atmosphere, takes you to a different world for 5 mins.

The service from the team at North Lakes is amazing, going above and beyond helping me with online orders so I can Afterpay, even going to the lengths of doing it all for me so I can have more of a browse around.

Great store, lots of cool stuff, crazy amounts of popvinyl and harry potter stuff, but unfortunately they do not have enough xenomorph/alien/weyland yutani stuff.especially since alien 40th anniversary is around the corner.

The staff are awesome. They love to share their knowledge of all things pop culture and make the shopping experience so much more enjoyable.

My favourite store of all time, as I love to collect my Disney Stitch character.great to browse.staff are always friendly and helpful.
