Good quality hairdressers, great customer service, and good prices

I spent 8 years going to a barber in town until they got up to $60 for just a fade, headed here about 5 haircuts ago, and haven't looked back. Half the price, never more than a few mintues wait time and quality service.

Love Zigbis. Skilled in their craft and conscientious too. (they know the days when you need a wine rather than a coffee, Thank you Sidd)
And thank you Bee for the beautiful surprise curls, rather than my usual straight style.love it. I love Zigbi's beautiful salon decor. Their prices are competitive. Excellent manager. Online booking with upfront pricing is a big plus. Great location with easy parking.

The great service my daughter and I got was fantastic the lady who threaded and tinting our eyebrows and my first lash lift I couldn’t have asked for anything better. Will be returning for this treatment again

I had my hair eyebrows and facial done at zigbis today, my facial was amazing, would recommend to anyone.
As for my hair and my eyebrows, the hairdresser left colour all around hairline without scrubbing it, missed an area which is clear there is still regrowth. And my eyebrows were extremely uneven and patchy.

I have a worked in the hair and beauty industry for 10 years and I know this is absolutely not how you would let a client leave.

I am very unhappy with this service as I paid a lot of money and had to pay another salon to fix it.

Minal has been my hairdresser for six years now, she puts up with me, great service, always happy to compromise which is great! Thanks for doing my hair for all these years.

Zigbis or their sister store Layva are the only place to go. Their employees really know their craft and do just incredible work.

Hi all, yesterday was my first time to Zigby's and my first impression was lovely. I got there about 5mins late for my appointment. I found Nicole ready and waiting for me. We sat and spoke about my hair and my thoughts and Nicole gave me her ideas. Which is great being and older ex hairdresser. It is so nice to have ideas given to you. The salon was absolutely stunning and my relaxing shampoo was just that relaxing. Nicole was great with her professionalism and her friendliness. I love my experience and love my hairstyle. 10/10. Oh yes and there is off the street parking which tops it off. I couldn't find a better experience.

I went to have my hair styled for an event. There was no product used in my hair at all. Not even heat protection. After leaving not only did my hair look horrible but it has been completely fried at the ends from the styling tool! Mind you the styling tool was held together with duct tape at the power point. I need ALL of my hair cut off and I am absolutely devastated after growing it out for so long.

My first visit & I'm very happy. Bee looked after me & I'll book in with her again. She was lovely & caring and listened to what I was hoping to achieve. I had a haircut, eyebrow threading & tint and lash tint. The salon has a nice feel, parking is easy, staff are welcoming. Thank you.

I found someone left the same review here few months ago but it's not been fixed yet so maybe this hair salon purposely does it.

I booked mens haircut via their website.
I booked 20minutes Mens cut + wash $28 and I also chose Nicole as preferred staff.

As other reviewer said, I had no wash and no Nicole and haircut done in 10minutes but still I got charged $28.

Bee let me feel so at ease and was super professional. I am so happy with the outcome, it's better than I could imagine.

I booked a men’s hair cut & wash. Which said it would take 20mins & cost $28. My booking was meant to be with Alyssa. I ended up getting my hair cut by a gentleman. I explained what I wanted & ended up with a hack job. The cut was so uneven & not what I wanted or explained to the hairdresser. I was in the chair for approximately total 10 mins, no wash, no styling no product offered to be put in my hair. I was charged $28 the price for the cut & wash. I then had to come home & shave my head as another hairdresser I went to said it would be the best & cheapest thing to do. I will definitely NOT be going back or recommending this hairdresser to anyone.

I’ve been coming to Zigbis for a few years since Ilena fixed a hair disaster from another salon. So happy with the service there. They listened to what I wanted and delivered. Everyone is so friendly and always remembers me by name. I’ve just started getting keratin straightening done with Pa and I’m so happy with the results. My thick hair is so much more manageable.

Excellent customer service, genuine care, friendly & very well looked after, I’m new to the area, & searching for a hairdresser, I’ll definitely go back. Thankyou!

After being made too blonde at another salon, (my hair looked like straw), l rang Zigbis who, on a busy day, took me in straight away, also in one appointment fixed my hair which l LOVE. Josphine is also the only hairdresser who has styled my hair exactly the way l wanted it. Great stylists and affordable too. Thanks girls!
