Best fun, great place. First time and can't wait to go back. Rick, who works there was amazing and so helpful! I highly recommend this venue.

We had the best time, it was exhilarating. My glasses fitted inside the vr head set and all the gear was very comfortable.

I was terrified but did survive and will definitely be going back for more experiences.

This experience was totally epic. Both my son and I did Outbreak and I must say I loved it. Will be doing it again for sure. Our host Ricky was great and most helpful as we were both new to this VR experience. Double thumbs up.

Was a fantastic venue. Staff were very friendly and engaging. The experience was great shout out to Sage for helping us with all our queries and suggesting some future games.

Originally my 11 and 14 year old kids and I were planning to visit a different VR experience on the coast. All their sessions were booked so we decided to give this one a try. It did not disappoint! I now understand the increased costs over the other venue.

Even though we arrived a couple minutes late due to traffic, staff were incredibly friendly and patient. They even took a few photos for us at the end of the session despite us being the last group of the day and running about 5 minutes past close.

We played the free roam arena experience choosing the Singularity scenario. The difference in cost now makes complete sense. Instead of splitting your time into 2x 15 minute sessions, having a full 30 minutes allows you to become fully immersed in the environment. I even got a little scared crossing the narrow bridge because I'm terrified of heights. My son and I are now keen to test out our zombie survival skills when I can next afford to take us - perhaps for his March birthday.

While unfortunate not all other reviewers for this venue appear to have had the same amazing experience we did, I get the impression this is the proverbial exception to the rule and most likely the result of unreasonable expectations. Personally, I'm struggling to even find a suggestion for improvement. Thanks Zero Latency for providing a great family experience for me and my kids!

Highly recommend zero latency to everyone something you have to try. It's a bit expensive though.

I’ve attended Zero Latency at Newstead and it was a really good experience. I decided to take my nephew to Zero Latency at Sunshine Coast for his birthday and I booked for a family of 5 which was very expensive. We were all excited to go but unfortunately our Nephew tested positive to COVID the night before so there was no point proceeding with the booking. The morning of the booking we asked to cancel and re-book for another time. We didn’t even ask for a refund as we still wanted to attend for the experience. But unfortunately we were told too bad and that we could not cancel our booking. Just goes to show the business managers are too concerned with making money then looking after paying customers. We will not be attending this venue again which is unfortunate.

I do go here quite a lot, and usually a perfect experience, but this time around had technical issues with the HIVE headsets either blacking out or the frame rates dropping dramatically when the camera moves. The attendant had to disconnect and reconnect the headset about 5-7 times. It initially happened on all three headsets, then two came good, but mine continuously had problems. I just gave up asking for help. Realistically the experience wasn't there this time around. Glitching my way through the escape room, I don't know what I was paying for.

Edit: This is an individual review, not a group one. I didn't use the racing simulator offered at the end because that's not what I was there for, hence the review.

Now THIS is what I always imagined VR gaming would be as a kid. Have you have ever tried those VR headsets where you are strapped into a harness and run in place? Yeah, this is NOT that. With a Massive area to walk around in, you almost feel like you have infinite space, for the entire 30 minute game I never once came close to a wall or another person. When you can walk across a narrow beam super high up and you start to shake and wobble as you make your way across, that’s how you know that VR experience is absolutely insane. 10/10 will be something I frequently come back to.

Took my nephew and we did 2 vr games and Chernobyl in vr escape. This was my first time and my nephew is fantastic at vr. I had the most amazing time there with him. It was such an awesome experience, very realistic. I especially loved using the different weapons in the virtual reality games and in Chernobyl escape room it was liked you were actually teleported back in time to that date. It was eerie, haunting and I was so wrapped up in the surroundings that my nephew was telling me to hurry up with the clues. We absolutely loved the experience and I cannot wait to be able to do more games there with him. Highly recommend this place. It is so much fun. Had the best time. Thank you Sage and Paul

Fantastic experience. First time going with my family. It was really fun! My son loved it. Bit pricey though.

Grand event waited 10m after session was complete too rejust, very real spooked me as a single player. Recommend as a multiple player event,

I went to this place a few months before and it was amazing. Came back the other day and it had only gotten better and better. The graphics are insane the gaming quality good and the weapons are so satisfying to use. 10 out of 10 would recommend and will definitely be coming again. Thanks for having us

This was great fun. My two sons and I have played a lot of VR at home on the Oculus Quest 2, and this was next level! We played the zombie blaster Outbreak Origins, and being able to play with free roam in a massive gaming arena with video game guns in your hands really adds a lot to the experience. Last but not least, our game-master Jade was very friendly and she made it incredibly easy to get geared up and ready to play. Had Sage another time, and he was also great—gave us some good Quest 2 recommendations. Highly recommend them and Zero Latency in general!

Sage and Jade were awesome! We had our Christmas party there with a group from Stallion Barbers. Such a great concept and an absolute blast! Very friendly staff and an A+ VR experience

Could not recommend this more. My mates and I were really well taken care of and had the best time. Jade was our game master and she did an amazing job. Sage as well was really good and was very helpful. They both seemed very passionate about their work and were able to answer any question we might have had. We will definitely be going back and recommending this to everyone we know.

Amazing experience! Fully immersive! Staff were brilliant and helpful. Reasonable pricing. Looks like they run flash sales onsite sometimes, so probably worth ringing and checking before booking online.
