Not polite…very rude…bad customer service…meat could be good but very rude and disrespectful behaviour

Great butcher. Great prices. Love the cooked chicken pieces. Was served by a lovely staff member. Michelle took the time to help me and answer my questions. I've been coming from Maryborough for 10 years now. Beautiful meat.

Love their meat and chicken choices. Our dogs love their puppy mince and dog bones. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

I’d heard about this butchery from various people. My go to is rib fillet steaks. So I thought I’d give it a go. If it not up to my standard I never go back. Sorry.
However, yesterday I purchased 6 x 500 g. (Aged) rib fillet steaks. The server was extremely pleasant and accomodating.
Guys. The BEST steaks I’ve had in a long time! Value for my buck. Full of flavour. Perfect amount of fat to beef ratio. Thank you. I will be back. Ps. Chicken nibbles were a smash hit too.:)

The meat quality is always good but the service has absolutely taken a serious dive in the last few months. I waited 20 minutes at 2: 50pm on a Tuesday afternoon to be served. When I walked in there were 6 people waiting and by the time I was served there were about 12 behind me and all the while, one person serving. At least 5 butchers were visible walking in and out from the back and all ignored the room of customers waiting. Fair enough if a butcher can’t work the register but they could be packing meat orders to help the customer server. Management here need a reminder that as a customer, my time is just as valuable as theirs. Really disappointing.

Bought my meat order today which included T/ BONE. THE T/ BONE had the fillet side removed. Did not see this till we got home. I rang and the response was well what do you want us to do with s T/BONE with no fillet, throw it out. Not good enough.

Been buying our meat from Zac's for years and we wouldn't buy anywhere else as there staff are so helpful and friendly, the quality of the meat is first class and prices are just the best.

The place is amazing so much choice so good service and well the prices are out of this world keep up the good work guys and girls

Been getting meat from Zac's since before they moved shop from up the steet. Always great service from friendly staff and never had any issues with quality

Only tried four varieties of sausages from Zac's meats, ended up in the bin. Too much grizzle, I couldn't even finish a whole sausage.
Normally we buy at woollies and got sick of grizzle, so we decided to go to the butcher that everyone seemed to want to hype up.
At least I can actually eat the woollie's sausages; we just wanted something better quality. Zac's meats had way more grizzle than woollies.
Customer service was alright. They weren't overtly friendly, and would stand at the counter and chat for long time periods, only with their regulars though. As soon as we approached the counter the smile and charade dropped.
They seem understaffed? We were in line for about 30 minutes, with only 4 people ahead of us and two people serving.
I will consider going back for different meats, but I don't recommend the sausages. The varieties on offer didn't really vary much in flavour either, unless they were herbed.

Terrible quality of meat, very ordinary. Not fresh, but relatively cheap. Aggressive and bullying service, not friendly at all. Better butchery around in Bundaberg.

Great meat, great service can get very busy patients is needed, staff are very friendly/knowledgeable efficient also.
Extra condamants available also. Drinks/ milk. Dog food.
Award winner business of Bundy.
Packed orders welcome.
Parking is on street, plenty.

Absolutely agree great products and great prices staff very friendly they sell much more than steak and snags

Recently moved to Bargara and a friend recommended Zac's to me. She wasn't wrong. Best place to buy meat from and good prices too.

Need to pay more attention to sell decent meat products then to spruck about how great you think you are in an advert, better product and prices, less patting yourself on the back for nothing. TAKE THE AD OFF.
