My first time in salon and I instantly felt in safe hands, the apprentice (whose name is escaping me at the moment) was so lovely to chat to and definitely made me at ease. Brows are such a big thing to trust someone with and I felt so comfortable the entire time and they turned out incredible! So professional and comforting at the same time. We were in to get my toddlers ears pierced, there was no rush and the time was taken to get my child used to the environment and the equipment. My toddler was so comfortable they didn’t even cry or flinch when pierced. Such an amazing experience not only for my toddler, but also myself

Has soon as we stepped through the door we were greeted by this beautiful friendly lady, she was so very welcoming and treated us like she knew us for a long time, the clinic was very well presented and it is super clean, she made it so much fun for my little boy to get his first ever ear piercing (who wasn’t sure really what to expect). If ever I need another piercing or know of someone looking for someone that does piercing I will highly recommend You Beauty.
