Yoga in Daily Life Brisbane reviews
16 Yoga in Daily Life Brisbane provides a calming sense of place and has become an integral part of my own wellness routine for mind and body. The studio is amazing, in space and aesthetics. The practice is a good combination between western and eastern philosophies.
The yoga instructors are warm, nurturing and respectful. It is the ideal place for anyone who would like to start or learn more about the practice of yoga.
I would recommend classes at Yoga in Daily Life if you like yoga that has its roots in the true meaning of the word and want develop not just your body but your mind and spirit as well. I would recommend one of their beginner courses as an introduction to the system and to the instructors. I have been attending classes at Yoga in Daily Life for about 3 years now and I have felt the benefits in many aspects of my life. The instructors are incredibly knowledgeable and you can see they absolutely practice what they preach.
Lovely space with excellent teaching… walk out feeling amazing after every class.a great place for beginners as well.
Kind, compassionate and welcoming! I have joined Yoga in Daily Life Brisbane in 2020, I am so glad I did! I have noticed a positive shift in my mood since I attending regularly. Even though I have had a bad day, I always leave feeling great. I would like to mention the teachers who are knowledgeable, dedicated and enthusiastic. I couldn't say enough good things about it. A brilliant place to practice Traditional Yoga. Highly recommend!
Fantastic staff, great location, amazing venue, and excellent classes make for an enjoyable and healthy Yoga choice. Highly recommend:)
Yoga in Daily Life Brisbane is so warm and welcoming. I started in 2020 as an absolute beginner looking to do something for myself in a stressful year. All of the teachers are so kind and the studio is a quiet oasis. Little by little I have progressed and now can’t imagine my weeks without two visits to move, breathe and rebalance.
I love it here, the classes are very enjoyable. I always walk out feeling relaxed, balanced and calm also with more knowledge. It’s a smooth but effective yoga experience I highly recommend for all Levels.
I have been attending the Yoga in Daily Life beginners courses this year and have also attended a couple of Full Moon meditations. There is a lovely welcoming vibe to the whole place. All the teachers are very skilled, professional and sincere and I always feel confident in their teaching and that I can trust their expertise. I really look forward to walking through the door and seeing their friendly faces, then entering the calm beautiful space of the hall and leaving my daily plans and busyness aside, and learning to breathe and be still and present. The exercises are gentle and there is no pressure to do anything uncomfortable or to be in competition with anyone. The fees are very reasonable too.
“Thank you” Yoga in Daily Life!
I have certainly struck Gold. I’ve been attending class on a daily basis for several months now and by doing so experienced numerous beneficial changes to my health & wellbeing.
Yoga in Daily Life is authentic and consistently delivers a greater awareness of how beautiful life can be. The practise has allowed me to observe and develop a better relationship with my breath, my body and my heart and for this I feel very grateful.
The most authentic yoga experience. I have been looking at a few places since having moved here, and have now found what I was looking for. The building itself is also a gem. Lots of space, light and air. Highly recommend this place to anyone, whether just starting yoga or having a try, or whether practising since many years. Having practised yoga since a few years now, in quite a few countries and different studios, as well as different yoga styles, I would say it is pretty rare to find a yoga place like this.
It was a beautiful ashram once, I had good experience, with full energy from god as soon as I step through the door, I have been there recently I totally didn't feel anything at all, as I notice teachers were different, they were like just putting on an act, different to the teacher in the past.
I love that we have a place in Brisbane offering authentic yoga and meditation classes, not gym workouts. These classes are held in a beautiful old airplane hangar in the heart of New Farm and run for about 75minutes. All the equipment you'll need is supplied. Teachers come from around the world to teach at this studio, and they are all very knowledgeable and experienced. You'll also be joining a like-minded community of other yoga students who enjoy cooking classes, concerts, lessons and yoga retreats through the studio.
I absolutely love the monthly full moon meditations. The teachers are so knowledgable and welcoming.
Attended a beginners course to refresh my practice after a break from yoga. Mm Swami Jasraj Puri was the teacher. His experience, compassion and knowledge are apparent from the first class. Asana, pranayama and meditation are practiced. I particularly enjoy and feel I benefit from the pranayama. I leave every class feeling energised, relaxed and calm. I would recommend Yoga in Daily Life to everyone regardless of fitness, age or spiritual development
Yoga in daily life has great yoga teachers. I really enjoy their classes, with the different levels there is always ways to improve.
I no longer live in Brisbane but will often drop in for a class when I am back in town. The space is like no other yoga studio I have ever been to. The tall ceiling really gives the practice an edge.
They supply mats, blankets, prayer stools- anything you could possibly need.
The class levels cater across the board. I have never really found the classes challenging, but I always walked away feeling grounded
