As a lead educator myself I found the manager and staff here unprofessional, unmotivated and lazy

Staff are unprofessional, communication is lacking between staff and parents, the staff turn up to work looking like they've just rolled out of bed and I have never seen staff interacting with the children. NQS Rating is pitiful, barely even scraping through and nothing is being done to improve this.
