I had an unfortunate experience with Yes Digital, and I strongly advise others to steer clear of their services. The Client Strategists at Yes Digital are nothing more than pushy salespeople using scare tactics to manipulate potential clients into signing up for their services. I felt pressured and uncomfortable throughout the entire interaction with them.

The primary issue I encountered was their attempt to create problems that didn't actually exist. They tried to convince me that my business was facing critical issues and needed their services urgently. It became apparent that their main goal was to secure a contract rather than genuinely helping my business. The supposed problems they highlighted were either exaggerated or entirely baseless.

If you're considering working with Yes Digital, please take my advice: do your research thoroughly and read other reviews before making any decisions. Numerous negative reviews from dissatisfied customers corroborate my experience, proving that my encounter was not an isolated incident.

Their approach was unprofessional and left me feeling distrustful of their motives. As a potential client, I expect honesty, transparency, and genuine interest in solving my business's real challenges. Regrettably, Yes Digital fell far short of meeting these expectations.

Very unsatisfied with my experience.
Paid for 2 months of add words did not get 1 lead. On top of that been passed around the organisation like a soccer ball. No one knows what they are doing there…. Absolute rubbish experience I feel completely used may as well of been a scam, that’s how it felt like.

You accused someone that works for us as being me so here goes this is my review.
This is a very unprofessional business.
Willing to accuses other of being someone else, leak person information emails.
We cancelled our services due to previous bad work with them.
We thought about giving them another chance as they reckon they fired alot of staff and have new staff now on now.
But after thinking about it we decided to cancel the next day.
But they would not take no as an answer and kept calling.
We put it in writing to cancel and stop calling to get a response back they had to call to confirm to cancel.
We replied back to cancel as requested 3 times and don't bother calling as last time they called they would not take no for an answer from a female.
Ryan wanted to talk to my partner to try and make him change his mind.
Even though I kept telling him we didn't want it and please cancel he said I will call back Monday and talk to your partner then.
They definitely have not change just as bad as before pushy, rude, unprofessional.
NEVER NEVER AGAIN WORST BUSINESS EVER.

THE PRESSURED US TO SIGN UP AND WHEN DECIDED TO CANCEL THE NEXT DAY THEY CALLED AND WOULD NOT TAKE NO FOR A ANSWER FROM A WOMEN THEY WANTED TO TALK TO MY BOSS PARTNER.
WHEN HE SENT AN EMAIL TO THEM TELLING THEM NOT TO BOTHER PLEASE CANCEL THEY JUST KEPT CALLING.
THEY WERE TOLD WE WERE NOT INTERESTED WE WERE NOT LOCKED INTO ANYTHING AND STOP CALLING US.
BUT EVERYDAY THEY KEEP CALLING THEY SO DESPERATE TO TRY AND KEEP PEOPLE THEY JUST KEEP CALLING NO WONDER WHY THEY HAVE SUCH BAD REVIEWS.
SO NOW WE HAVE BEEN LEFT WITH NO CHOICE BUT TO DO A CHARGE BACK WITH THE BANK AND TAKE THIS MATTER FURTHER FOR ON GOING HARASSMENT.
WORST COMPANY EVER STAY CLEAR OF

As can see from there response they like breaching your personal information how unprofessional who would want to work with someone that breaches privacy.

Unfortunately the experience with a cold calling rep tainted our perception of the level of professionalism offered by this company. Saying that, the understanding conveyed by Sales Manager when a subsequent complaint was registered was appreciated.

I was just cold called by one of your extremely rude and arrogant staff members. I wish I knew her name but unfortunately didn't catch it. Four consecutive calls from an anonymous number.

Salesman was friendly and approachable. Once the $3300 invoice paid we were handed to the design team to create the website it went down hill. The team did not make any attempt to get to know our business, provided a website for services we don't have and insisted that we had told them to. We had an existing functioning website the design team could easily have used that as the brief for the project. Over 1 year later we eventually received the correct website, created to a high standard. The company needs to learn to accept when they have messed up be accountable and willing to work with the client rather than buck pass or blame the customer.

Heath and the team created a new website for me. Iw was developed quickly and efficiently and I'm really happy with the end result!

Heath was absolutely wonderful to work with. The communication was excellent and the process with him was seamless. We would whole heartily recommend Heath.
