Hugh shoutout to Brent He gave so much assistance to my son earlier in the year when choosing a suit for his formal. This week my son went back to buy some clothes, and actually ditched his girlfriend’s advice, telling her he trusted Brent’s suggestions better because “he knows fashion”. He is a professional, polite young man doing a marvellous job.

Extremely poor customer service. No assistance provided while choosing the right garment sizes. The sales person was on phone the whole time we wanted help. Wasted our time while refunding few items due to incorrect prices marketed on front at the black friday sale. We asked about what does “Buy 1 Get 1 50% off everything” mean, and the answer was misleading and confusing.

Please think and ask for marketing policy and buy.

I applied for a job at this YD at Grand Central months ago. Only just got a call today asking if I was vaccinated for the Christmas Casual role. Even though I gave them the exact same answer previously when I handed my resume in months ago. After I said no due to medical reasons, I got discriminated against straight away and was told my application won’t be accepted. Legally, the application process for a job does not matter whether they are vaccinated or unvaccinated. There is no stipulation stating that you must be vaccinated to apply or be employed in retail. It should not be discussed in the application process as it is irrelevant to the job. It is not a requirement by the government that retail workers be vaccinated. I’m absolutely disgusted. YD has lost a loyal customer and potential employee.

Sub par clothing, wonderful customer service I'll grant, but most clothes seem just shy of Lowes quality. Though I do prefer it to Gazman. Ugh, Gazman.

The service was horrible, we left the store completely disappointed. One of the girls working there didn’t even care about serving, was only worried about fixing her lipstick in the back mirror. We were looking for something in particular and when there was no stock in the store (only on their website) they became very rude. No level of customer service at all. We ended up buying a suit from Peter Jackson as we didn’t mind spending the extra money to be actually looked after. We will never be going back to this store and I suggest head office take a long hard look at who they are employing, this comes from someone with over 15 years in retail experience.

Excellent service from Asher who knew her stock and helped us choose garments in an easy, friendly and fun loving way. We will return!

Amazing service from the young gentleman. My partner and I required him to be decked out for an occasion. The young man at the store knew every size to the fit for my partner without even second guessing and had an outfit perfectly tailored together. His skill set was beyond anything I had ever seen before in men’s suit and dress wear. I highly recommend everyone who is in need of formal wear to hit these guys up. Pricing is reasonable and service is above and beyond expectations.
