Shopped at YD today for a last minute party, lovey ladies (Phi and Justice) both helped me pick an outfit and also had it altered within an hour. Thank you Team YD at Gardencity! The best!

Anika (not sure about spelling) was amazing, great customer service skills, very social and attentive, engaging and extremely resourceful, with haste too, she made me and my brother’s experience really easy overall and her suggestions were very much appreciated.

Today, my partner Roger and I attended the YD store in Garden City, and we were assisted by Fifi.
Fifi welcomed us as soon as we set foot in the store and assisted my partner every step of the way to find business shirts, pants, shoes and belts. Fifi's customer service is pristine and beyond reproach, which is so refreshing. She is so professional, and found a way to quickly build a strong rapport with us. She got the sizes and colours right on the first go, and offered her knowledge on material quality, even going as far as advising on how best to take care of our items (re how to wash, dry, iron etc). We were not the only customers in the store at the time, and she treated all the others exactly the same, all the while also dealing with the till and folding clothe, etc.
Fifi is a superstar and because of her, we will be returning customers. My partner spent over $900 in the store today, and it was mainly because Fifi had the time to take care of him, because of her amazing service, and because she made him feel like a valuable customer. She even walked with us to the entrance as we were leaving, and advised us to come back when we needed more items, as she would love to assist us again. Fifi deserves to be recognised for her hard work, her sweet mannerism and her professional approach. She is incredible and we believe she is a massive asset to your company. Well done Fifi! You're the best!

These ladies went above and beyond the expected level of service and I received such amazing customer service from the both of them. My son who is 11, was treated so lovely and they both went out of their way to accommodate him after he had a bad hair cut experience, just before his graduation.

Honestly highly recommend - they were so helpful and were so quick to sort out exactly what we wanted. Just as they were closing they made us feel valued and appreciated as people not just numbers through a door.

My son loves you girls, you are his favourites and now I have been told that is now his clothing shop.

Just wanted to thank Sari for her calm and welcoming demeanour. Suit shopping can be stressful for me (and expensive) but she helped me maximise my discounts while offering a keen eye for fashion to help a novice like me. I'm super happy with the 8 items I got and the price that I paid, and very happy with the customer service I received from Sari.

Disappointing. My partner couldn’t find jeans in store that he liked, spoke to whom I assume was the manager in a peach dress and asked if she could recommend anywhere else to her reply ‘No’ - in a rude manner. I worked in menswear for close to a decade including at one of your brother stores and we were always taught to help the customer irregardless of making money because repeat visits and building trust was always more important. It’s a shame to see that YD no longer trains its staff in these type of manners.

It’s also a worry that this woman claims not to know any other menswear stores in the centre that sell jeans - perhaps a run through of the centre is additionally needed.

Rude customer service. Aggressive, loud and snappy woman who acts like she’s either had 10 coffees or took some speed or both. You get rushed through the checkout in a harsh manner despite the store being empty! No please, no thank you, just a disgusting personality. How and WHY does such a toxic person get hired?

Highly recommend this YD store. I visited this store earlier this week and was assisted by Drew, he is by far one of the most helpful and friendliest staff I have ever met. He helped me buy my entire wedding outfit for myself and all 4 of my groomsmen. I will definitely be shopping here again and can't thank you enough. 5 stars all day every day. This store is awesome

Great service and great prices.

We were shopping for specific colour schemes for a wedding and we're helped pretty much as soon as we had a lost look on our faces. The guys there was also very astute with what accessories we should pair with the look to complete it and my partner is very excited to debut the outfit at the wedding!

Drew and Nicole were such help tonight last minute suit buying they reopened the store for us and stayed back an entire HOUR to help us find what we need great service great people in general and amazing picks for our clothes. Definitely will be back soon!

Extremely bad customer service. The worst experience I had. The staff did not exchange the faulty faded shirt, which I bought for $99. Very poor. Never go to the shop again.

One of the best place to buy suits.went there to buy suit and was helped by Tahlia. She was so professional. I had it altered and the suit turn out to be perfect. Would come back again for sure.

I've purchased around 10 items from here over the last 5 years and they've all fallen apart within around a year of wear. I would recommend spending a little extra and shop at either Myer or David Jones.
