Who will expect if someone says will call you back after checking. Yes, I bought this complete suit which is now need one size bigger (wedding postponed n put up some weight) and when i call Maddy answered and kind enough to returned the call and even took time to check the barcord numbers to make sure she has got exact complete suit instock. Nice to see someone like Maddy helping people.

Brilliant service by Nueng today. Helped my son for his Yr 12 formal. Dressed him from head to toe. Highly recommend.

I had such a good customer service experience with Asian guy. He is an expert, humble, and nice guy. He is the right guy when it comes to clothing and customer servicing. Without him and his recommendations I would end up messing up with my event. I ended up buying full suite dress with all its accessories.

Great thanks to the superstar lady who helped me choose the outfits until the shop closed yesterday 08/11. She was helpful, friendly, patiently and knowledgeable.

Huge selection and variety of stores, however I felt the savings and bargains weren't as good as other DFOs I've been to, most things are just regular retail price, felt like a glorified shopping centre but a good place to go check out anyway

A massive DFO, but each store's door opens to an outdoor area (a street kinda shopping)
Lots of cafe restaurants and public toilets available.

Pretty awesome retail shop with great variety of attire to choose from. Nevertheless, staff are super friendly and happy to help and recommend the best products for you.

Not as cheap as I thought it would be here, some stores it seems like full price still. Not a huge variety of stock and sizes in some stores, but pacific fair is not far away if you can't get what you want here.

Went in today to buy a couple new shirts. Was greeted pleasantly by Mitchell, who continued to help me with finding the right size and fitment. End up with exactly what I needed with excellent customer service. Thank you!

As always very busy but the two staff still managed to ensure everyone was welcome and assisted and nothing seemed to much of a problem. Friendly helpful staff

Great staff and great Service! To the manager: Tegan pretty much chose my entire outfit for my citizenship ceremony, and I was very happy with it! Other people commented on how great that outfit suited me, would definitely recommend her for a promotion! A very happy customer/ 5 star customer service!

Nice shop with a good variety of mens clothes that appear to be of good quality. Nice casual clothing as well as professional attire.

The only place on the GC to shop for high end bargains. Definate stop over if your holidaying on the Gold Coast.

Parking is difficult not enough spaces. Great outdoors areas between shops to get natural sunlight. Also good value shopping at retail outlets.

Popped in here because I'd always liked the clothes and they had a lot of stuff on sale. Picked up a shirt and 2 x pairs of shorts for $69.99 (bargain I thought).

Took it to the register and paid on my card using the eftpos terminal. Eftpos terminal says "approved" and spits out a receipt.

Then the attendant says that the transaction didn't go through and I would have to pay again. I said that the receipt says it's been approved. He explained that there was a problem with the connection between the eftpos terminal and the computer system they were using and that the funds would "bounce". I was sceptical as it seemed odd that the receipt and terminal stated the transaction had been "approved". I also checked my account it it says that the money had come out but it was still in the "pending" status (which is what happens with every transaction).

The attendant says that it's only "pending" and that it won't actually go through and the money will bounce back into my account and he asked me to pay again. He said that if it did come out (which he assured me it wouldn't) I could just call back and they'd refund the money.

Despite my reservations I felt like I didn't really have a choice but to pay again. If I left and the money came out I wouldn't have any recourse because they'd just say that I got the clothes and I wouldn't have the clothes or a receipt. So I paid a second time using a card from a different bank and he gave me the receipt and clothes and I went on my way.

I kept an eye on the transaction over the next few days and sure enough about 3 days later the transaction went from "pending" to being approved. I thought it would a simple problem to resolve and all it would take is a phone call and maybe an email with my receipts and bank statement etc. I was wrong.

I called the store and they were very apologetic. They explained that nothing could be done over the phone because they would have to visualise the receipts and bank statements. Given that I live in Brisbane I was told that I could head down to the Jindalee store and they would sort it all out. The manager said she'd give the store a call and let them know I was coming in and it would be all good.

A few days later when I could get some time away from work and went into the Jindalee store with my receipts and attempted to explain the situation. They were dumbfounded and had absolutely no idea why I had been told to come into their store and had not had any notification from the harbour town store.

They said that they couldn't do anything for me and that they had no idea why I would have been told that they could sort it out. They said that it was something that needed to be escalated to a higher level and that there was nothing they could do for me today. I provided my details. Name, phone no and email. I showed them the receipt and bank statements and they said they'd send off an email and get it sorted.

I waited a few days and didn't hear anything so I tried calling the harbour town store again. I was told that I hadn't given them enough time yet and that they (the manager of the store) would call her supervisor and have them get back to me).

6 days later and I had still received no contact. No email. No phone call. Nothing.

By this stage I was getting really agitated. I called the store back and explained that this was atrocious and that it shouldn't be that hard to sort out a $69.99 refund when I can prove that i have the receipts and transaction summaries to prove what's happened. I told them that if I didn't hear back with some kind of resolution I'd have to contact fair trading and make a complaint and seek advice. I was told they'd follow up and get back to me ASAP.

I got a call a few hours later (the first time over 2 weeks when they actually contacted me). She told me that they couldn't find the transaction and I'd have to call the my bank and get some kind of confirma. I've literally run out of characters to explain how I was jerked around for 2 and half weeks. If I could give 0 stars i would.
