Visited this store in Queen Street Mall. The gentleman who looked after us was very hospitable and kind. It became busy with more customers and he was warm and welcoming to absolutely everyone.

The cute guy that looks like a young superman was really helpful in helping me out finding some things

The yd. Brisbane team were super helpful in finding a last minute outfit for an event, even though I was walking in just before close! Patient, friendly and helpful. Even swapped over the too-large item I bought online. Thanks girls!

Needed to collect an urgent order and the morning staff went out of his way to complete it before the promised time.

Went in to buy a shirt in the men's department. Asked if I could try it on. Waited 10 mins while the shop assistant looked for an open one so as not to have to open the new packaged one. Finally she gave up and started to unwrap the shirt. Next comes her supervisor, stops her and started looked for on open one again. In the exact same rack of shirts. I wasn't going to waste another 10 mins waiting. What rubbish service.

Customer service from Corbin and James (staff) = 10/10 Knowledge and Taste = 10/10 Generally both are really helpful, honest and patient.

Great customer service, extensive knowledge of fashion and style. The bloke asian bloke with the sleeve tattoo was friendly and plesent to converse with, he helped me select a new summer outfit. I am very satisfied woth my purchase

Young girl who was working in the store on her own did a fantastic job juggling us and the other customers who came in while we were there. She was so helpful with making suggestions, ended up buying 10 shirts/shorts

YD customer service Brisbane CBD. Not a care in the world. As a customer, I thought I would have got assistance on purchasing an item (I bought a senna stripe shirt). I tried it on and really needed one of the shop assistant to help me with the size, style etc so I had to ask another customer to help me (sadly she was also on her own with no assistance or maybe she didn’t need one) choose which size would be a perfect fit. While this was happening the two shop assistants were busy talking away and not once did they ask me if I needed help. To be honest I am very disappointed with this service. Please pay attention to your customers next time.

Absolutely loved the energy of the girl working there but it seemed like she was trying to sell more than actually helping me to find the perfect piece, still got something though, one of my favorite stores this is.

When you're a 20 something corporate type with little to no fashion sense the need for staff with top level fashion knowledge and A grade service is of the upmost importance.

Sales assistants generally have good taste and are able to recommend trendy outfits. Pushy sales tactics utilised, as expected.

Always great service by staff and Manager. Always happy to help figure out what you need, provide assistance and help when required. Store is clean and has a good vibe and you can always score a sale of sorts. Goto YD in Brisbane.
