Went and had a skin check up from Dr Brent Paine and he was fantastic. Polite respectful and great at his job.

My favourite Doctor. Dr Chandy. Respectful, compassionate and understanding. Thank you Myhealth Yarrabilba your reception team were also respectful in an inviting environment.

We a family of 5 have used all of the female doctors at the clinic for about 4 years now and all have been amazing. Great experience for pregnancy related appointments, general health, kids health and more.

My Health Yarrabilba has been my go to practice for 4 years i see Dr Eliza whom I have seen for many years previously at another practice. She is marvellous, caring and thorough I’m so grateful for her.
The practice is always clean and staff are friendly and kind.
Only complaint is they are so busy (as are all) and it’s so hard to get in when really needed.

Service from this practice is disgusting 10.45 appointment and still waiting at 12.50 pm, wouldn’t want to be dying

Receptionist who attended my call today (October 20) is definitely not trained and suitable for this job. She did not attended call as receptionist. She did not tell her name just said hello, yarrabilba medical hub then quite. I asked about Dr. Jenny Connell (gynaecologist) appointment and she said they don't have any gynaecologist and hang up. I had an appointment before with my gynaecologist here and I know she comes in this clinic once a month.
Heads up for HR department.

No bad experiences with the doctors, but I just do not understand why I have to wait for 30-45 mins after my appointment even when I book my appointment early in the morning around 8: 30 am. It is hard to believe that the doctors take more than 15 mins for each patient and even if they do 45 mins delay is ridiculous. I was there atleast 10 times now and 8 times there was a delay of more than 30 mins. Purely irresponsible!
The only reason for me to go to this clinic and for providing 2 stars is because of Doctor Chandy who is exceptional.

A wonderful practice. The staff have always gone above and beyond for us. Polite, friendly, helpful. We have never had any issues and appointments are always organised, texting and calling in advance and reception knowledgeable and helpful. We have never seen anyone else have issues either. The reception and waiting area is always relaxed and professional in our experience. Very grateful to have such a wonderful practice in our area.

Dr Rachel Carter, has been looking after my family for the past few years. She has been so amazing with my 2 daughters. I could not recommend her enough

I needed to find a better more understanding doctor who just doesn't see you for 5mins, Thanx to my sister who recommended Dr Rachael Carter, I now have a dr who has the time to see me&I am so happy, she is such a great dr, I am lucky to have found the dr I have been Searching so long for

I go to this practice because it’s close to home, however, I’m going to have to rethink my options. I find reception to be incredibly cold in their interactions, particularly the older woman. She has been there since they were near Dominos, and have never found her warm at all. Not even like warm.

While some of the doctors are ok, I have found some condescending and robotic.

When people are coming to a doctors surgery, they are often sick and vulnerable, and it would be nice if places like this showed some compassion to people, and perhaps even were friendly. Being friendly does wonders for a person who is feeling under the weather.

I’ve often tried to be friendly and warm towards your receptions staff, and it’s often met with a stone cold face, and more like I’m more of an inconvenience than a patient.

Perhaps some of your staff need to decide if this is the job for them. If they have no desire to provide customer service then there are plenty of people out there who can.

What’s also ironic is the least friendly receptionist is named Karen.

Very disappointed.

5 Stars for Dr. Alex Russell that's always so caring and professional! She takes appropriate steps to ensure the health of her patients. I am so happy with her work ethics.

I am currently being treated by Dr Tarek for facial skin cancers. He is very professional and careful and I am delighted with the results. He picked up a misdiagnosed SCC from a previous biopsy. Highly recommended

Great people, I don't like to going to doctors, but it's a must these days,

What mazing people! We are not from the area but driving through late Tuesday afternoon my husband wasn't feeling well even though the centre was closed they took him inside whilst the ambulance were on the way and treated him for a heart attack. If it wasn't for their quick thinking my husband's outcome could of been much worse. The wonderful lady at the front counter cared for our daughter shielding her from the madness that was happening to her Dad. We thank you all from the bottom of our hearts

Great Dr's, Nurses and staff. Always happy to help, especially in emergencies. Dr's actually listen to patients and consult each other. Will always return. Try to see Dr Fox or Dr Roxi- but they are all great!

My experience has been nothing but great. The receptionist staff are the friendliest, caring & most polite ladies I have met in this industry. Dr Neha is wonderful. Thank you ladies, you all do amazing. Appriciate all of you.

Perhaps employee receptionists who are there to do their job instead of sitting watching tiktok on their phones when they should be greeting patients to the clinic. How unprofessional.

So far I haven't had any issues with the staff or the Doctors. Yes, sometimes you have to wait past your appointment time but I have never come across one medical centre where I didn't have to wait! Some people's reviews on here have been overboard. I come from the Countryside in NSW ; your lucky to have a medical centre so close!
