My experience was bad I bought a item it broke first time using an instead of replacing or helping they told me all reasons it broke was because of me.
I have been using such items for over 35 years never had this problem an it can't just be a lemon because they say without looking at it its my fault I won't be using this hardware again.
Ur response still says it my fault the only fault I made was listening to you to buy the more expensive one because u said it way more durable instead it broke first time this hardware is just to hard to deal with this is the reason u little guys are falling by the way side

3 stars for two of the staff can be a little unfriendly and offer no solutions to problems with their products but over all they're ok. Not bad but sometimes can leave something to desired. Decent enough prices too.
