He patiently waited for me to place the order, ensuring the item was loaded into the truck bound for Sydney. XO2 provided exceptionally professional service, with Andrew's responsiveness and assistance in coordinating with the carrier resulting in receiving the order in less than 24 hours, all without any additional cost. Highly recommend XO2, especially for Andrew's outstanding support.

I am really disappointed at the results of Pixie Dust seller should point out doesn’t work every time although reading product you think it will- no difference before and after using expensive exercise contacted seller and told I could have damaged glass

Amazing! The Jelly Bean scented 5 in 1 is incredible. I can’t wait to try more products. The linga longa scent in Deluxe is amazing too. With multiple pets, these products are a life saver!

Items have not arrived, almost 2 weeks later. Keep blaming a third party delivery issues, absolute nightmare to purchase products from when you are trying to compete a job.

Fantatsic, highly recommend. Order arrived super fast from QLD to Victoria. I am really impressed with the quality. I used the Bonza - Heavy Duty All Purpose Cleaner & Degreaser Concentrate for my laundry tiles which were really dirty. They came up sparkling no streaks and dried really fast. I cant wait to try the other products I purchased in this order. If you love a clean house don't bother with the garbage floor cleaners they sell at the supermarket that do nothing. I love that it is also supporting an aussie company.

After receiving my order within days i got to the job of cleaning my cream couches in my motorhome.i had been in the NT for 4 weeks on my sons property where there is heaps of red dust and with my bundle of fur dog. I spoke with Megan who was very helpful and suggested the best way to move forward, she informed me that she would keep an eye out for the order and get it to me as quick as possible, with the current border closures I was fingers and toes it would get here in time. During the COVID pandemic, we need a company who was reliant and was flexible with our needs for buildings I managed around Melbourne. Was happy to come across XO2 - main supplier for all our hygiene needs. Had a couple of instances when good were damaged in transit (not yet received), however the team was on it and provided communication, replacement of damaged goods and it arrived on the doorstep promptly - great customer services, prompt and team is great to deal with. Recently purchased some Wizz King after our dog weed on our brand new carpet. We'd tried other cleaners, but the smell still lingered. Wizz King not only got rid of the smell, but the carpet still had that soft new feeling afterwards. We've since been cleaning any stained or smelly fabric with this magic potion!

I recently purchased online the Stealth vacuum from these guys. Due to no fault of their own there was a hiccup with delivery to my home on Phillip Island VICTORIA. Fantastic Customer service by Stef. She pursued the delivery company and kept me informed of what was happening.
The vacuum itself when it arrived is everything that was promised. I run a small cleaning business and rely on a good quality vac to take care of a golf club and an RSL that I clean.
