Best customer service of any store I've been to in months, and not just for gel blast places. All the staff I talked to are fantastic, and helped me and multiple friends pick fitting products for us newbies. Big thanks for the staffs expertise and honesty

Scott and the team have been a great help to my father and I.
We recently bought an quad-rail MP5 and it had a couple of minor issues, they fixed it and even upgraded it and added in free magazines & gel-ball packets.
Absolutely beyond awesome customer service from Scott and the whole team, great bunch of people.

Best store you could go to for parts also Gel Blaster. If you want a specialist in pistols hit up the awesome chick Ell she knows everything and anything you could think of with pistols. The hole team is there to help and they won't just try make money they are there to help and solve any issues you have with your blasters. P.s shout to to Scotty.

This was my first experience visiting a gel blaster shop and I can tell you it's quite the spectacle. The layout of the shop is amazing with all the wall mounted blasters, it's great to see something like this in Queensland.
Unfortunately I can only give a four star review due the feeling of getting subtly pushed out the shop by the staff. I had a few questions for the staff member as I am new to this hobby but he seemed more concerned getting me to the register than trying to keep me there to up sell.
It's probably a good thing to be fair as I do have a problem spending to much money on my hobbies.

Amazing team! They are so friendly and easy to speak to. They know the industry really well and are very informative of the Gel Ball World.
I can't recommend them enough. You are a person, not a paycheck they work like they are a family, not work colleagues, and they are pet friendly.

Went into this store with little knowledge of gel blasting. Was blown away with the information these guys could rattle off. There was no question, it seems, that they could not answer. Jag in particular, that looked after me was kind, friendly and exceptionally helpful. I will definitely be coming back in the future, for not just the blasters, but for the service. Thanks guys!

Bought the “wrong” blaster (not toy like enough to please the better half) for my son. Took it back and they were great, best customer service I’ve come across for a while.

An easy recommendation to anyone thinking of picking up this hobby. The staff were extremely knowledgeable and their instructions were easy to follow. Easygoing and funny too. Highly recommend checking this place out.

When I say their customer service is outstanding I’m not joking.every time something is wrong they solve it and with a can do attitude and they are always friendly and welcoming.

Seriously worth it

I am reasonably new to gel blaster scene but the team at Xforce Northlakes have been awesome. A special thanks to Scott who has gone above and beyond to help me get sorted with some really good quality gear.

Absolutely the best Gel blaster store I have been to. Always my go to place for supplies solely for customer service and just for casual chat. Scott is a top bloke when it comes to customer service, I've been an absolute nagging nightmare to Simon, as he has always delivered nothing but quality upgrades on my blasters.

Just be sure to check the wall on your left when you enter for the full list of banned customers. Couldn't be more satisfied with their service

Went in here to grab a wire set for a repair I was doing and I had my dog with me in the car.these awesome peeps gave great service, were super friendly and on top of that gave me a treat for my dog! 10/10 will keep shopping with these guys

Brought the 5.1 hi-capa gas powered pistol from them, amazing service, very funny ladies work there and very helpful and happy to help as well as the gentleman there, even showed how to service my pistol for me, very positive vibes being around them, can tell they love where they work, they have a lot of knowledge about gel blasters and will help you with anything they can, 110% recommend buying or upgrading you’re gel blasters from these amazing people, will be buying all my gel blaster needs through these ladies and gentlemen, can’t wait to come back to the store again to get my next gel blaster. I’d give 10 out of 5 stars if i could.
