Wow! Excellence In Hair

Went in asking for a wash and blow dry to get rid of dry scalp and flakiness due to an event. Excepted all suggestions of treatment, serums etc.left with beautiful soft hair but dry flakes in the front of my hair. Not what I went in for.

The ladies at Wow! Toowoomba are AMAZING! Jess did my transformation and i absolutely love it. I left feeling refreshed and like a million dollars. Thank you lovely ladies again xx

Jess was amazing today, so accommodating and helped make decisions on how to cut my hair. I researched where to go for the particular style I was going for and saw that WOW was awesome and had achieved awesome results for the style I wanted and I definitely was happy with the result! This shop only have one hairdresser can do the cutting, other hairdressers only do color I guess… and she can’t understood English properly, that’s ok, I explained to her and show her the picture (don’t cut it short this part) and she said ok, the next second grab that part of my hair cut it all off, I almost cried…… she cuts opposite what I wanted very upset about it and is $89 for the haircut never again and not recommend it.

Elly has been extremely professional and kind; she did a fantastic and precise job with my hair. She completely understood what I wanted and the result was excellent. When I’ll came back to Toowoomba, I know where to go for a haircut.

My hair was way over due for a good cut and colour. I was booked in with Tegan and she turned an old lady into Cinderella hahaha. Highly recommend this salon they sure know there colours and styles. Price was good too. Will definetly be a regular client now.

I have been to alot of hairdressers, and this place nailed what I wanted done. Such a great atmosphere, lovely staff, i felt like a queen!

Probably the worst blow dry I’ve ever had and the worst hairdressers I’ve been to.
Not only was I ignored when I first arrived, I was then told to just take a seat even tho I was on time for my appointment. The girl who “washed” my hair barley touched my scalp and threw buts of my hair around and it barely felt like she used any shampoo! Not a dud in site! Then the woman who blow dried ky hair was so unfriendly and I’m not sure if you can even describe it was a blow wave! It’s basically just a mess!

Couldn’t have been more happy with Brooke and the ladies, had the best result with my hair I could ask for. She helped me transition to my new grey hair and Brooke talked me through every step she did and she did everything I asked for. So pleased with the final product! It's been about 10 years since someone actually gave me the exact cut I asked for. Brooke NAILED IT! She's not just a hairdresser, she's an artist. She listened to what I wanted and made sure she understood and then was actually excited to create the look. That's got to be the best experience getting a haircut I've ever had. 5 million stars.

Teesha always cuts colours and blow-dried my hair at the Grand Central store in Toowoomba. I love the friendly service, the whole experience is first class and I recommend to anyone to go and have this experience. I heard today that clients from Brisbane are driving here to have their hair done here at WOW in Toowoomba.
