I felt very comfortable shopping here with very welcoming, happy and helpful staff nothing was too much trouble. Thank you for the great shopping experience.

Very disappointed in the customer service. I didn’t bother catching the lady’s name. Entered the store not another customer inside, she didn’t even raise her head from the counter, I stood in the entrance for almost 20 seconds, she didn’t even greet me. I attempted to make some pleasantry conversation with little to no reception, then asked for specific items, she very blasé, threw a hand this way threw a hand that way to indicate what she had or had not for that matter. Totally unhelpful and unpleasant so I left. You can’t cry “poor me small business” with staff like that!

Friendly and helpfull staff but not a very large range of clothes to choose from. Prices are also up there.

Staff were lovely. The shop layout was a little confined, and ladies' sizes were limited. But overall it was a good experience.

After picking out a $195 hat they tried to find the size and must of ran out come out and got the display one off me which was the size I wanted and took it out the back cleaned it and blatantly lied to my face about it being a new one. As the "display" one she brought back out was 2 sizes bigger than the original one on the rack. I Couldn't be bothered arguing with them about it, but the purse and shirt I was going to buy from there today to support locals will now be brought online from a different store. A little honestly goes a long way.

Would replace young staff working this morning in a beat. Certainly NOT helpful or even pleasant, actually made us feel like quite an inconvenience close to closing time.
Thankfully there was a beautiful pregnant lady working there who could not help us enough, after noticing the other girls DISCUSTING manner I presume. Very Very close in just walking out. But after driving over 400kms and spending near $800. It would have been sad for both us & the owners of the store.

Very nice stuff, if a little pricey. Unfortunately you have to be very careful about sizes because if it doesn't fit you can't get a refund, only store credit. Mens' sizes are all over the place. I wear XL and got an XL but it fit like a M, then ended up with a different label that was marked 'M' because the XL in that brand fit like a 3 man tent. In short, DO NOT PAY WITHOUT TRYING ON. Right to refund not honoured: - (
