Nice gym. Heaps of equipment and you'd be lucky not to find any one particular sort of machine or equipment. You may be lucky to find the equipment free or not in use as I've always found the gym busy no matter what time of day but all round nice gym

Had a gold membership for $96 a month. But every time I’d call they’d refer me to someone else. I could never get help at the gym I workout at, because you’re registered at the gym you most been to, two months before! The gold membership is definitely a struggle with customer service.

In Sept 2021, I was asked if I was interested in joining. My error, I gave my credit card under pressure. Gym opened up but I didn’t know. Nov 2022, I realise I’m being charged. Since then I’ve turned up, rang up and emailed them, trying to get started, but they’ve refused, whilst taking my money. Debt collector contacted me today, so that it, you get a 1 star review for simply refusing to be fair. Now I’m going to get my money back in full.

Easy to sign up and facilities are good. Pretty straightforward if you know your way around gym contracts. A bit weird that you need to wait til your minimum term is up before you can put in your 30 day’s cancellation notice. Just make sure your sales consultant cancels on the day of your minimum term when signing up if that’s what you’re after.

Just what Springfield needed a good decent size gym. Just finished another Saturday morning Body Pump Class.

Well long story short they lost my medical certificates while i was not able to train i wanted to put my account on hold because i was not working due to injury i kept getting the bill and they told me to come in and they can fix it up for me then when i got in there they tryed to sign me up for a new membership after they told me they could recover my old one.

Have spoken to multiple people about my membership. I have never been in to this gym let alone picked up a tag. Paid a cancellation fee to cancel my partner’s membership regarding our situation. Explained that I have never been in and won’t be able to and was told that they will work something out for me. Fast foward almost a year I have a voicemail on my ph today about my maternity suspension expiring. So whoever I spoke to almost a year ago put my membership on hold instead of resolving it. All this bs for a gym I’ve never stepped foot in! I was told to pay a cancellation fee today otherwise the direct debit will resume. Or find someone to take over for $65.

Best gym in Springfield - great equipment, incredibly welcoming staff, knowledgeable trainers/coaches. Well priced for what is provided.

The gym is top quality and I would certainly come back to thid gym as the staff is nice and the quality of thr equipment is well maintained

Friendly staff, broken equipment doesn't get fixed quick enough, just sits there with out of order sign for a month or more & it's the only gym I've attended that doesn't have a seated calf raising machine which is a bit weird for such a big gym.

To make a long story short, World Gym Springfield is the best gym in the whole area. In particular, the way Emily-Kate and Erin treat people at the front desk is exceptional. The level of professionalism at this gym is second to none. You won't face any lack of equipment there. It is always tidy and clean. Highly recommended.

Worst customer service from reception staff.no respect for members. Big name poor service. Brand name stuck in their brains. They think, can treat customers the way they want. Rather go to other local gym than these guys

Absolutely incredible staff and facilities. One of the best gyms I’ve been to! The creche is a place where I feel comfortable leaving my daughter for a few hours! It’s amazing vibes and high energy!

Great gym but there’s a couple people that ruin it by using one piece of equipment for over an hour and talking and going on there phone for 20 minutes in between sets so if you want to use the gym facilities I would suggest to come at 1 am because you won’t be able to use any machines

The staff in World Gym are great and they even have personal training experience to give you the best possible workout while also pushing you on.

Joined as my first gym couple weeks ago and love it. Has basically every equipment and full of super friendly people.
