Once again the staff is very helpful and friendly and welcoming everytime. And deserves a 5 stars.

Fitness Cartel is such a great gym! The staff have been so welcoming and helpful. They have a fantastic range of high quality equipment and the vibe is like no other gym on the coast. I highly recommend the crèche, my daughter loves going to “kids gym” and I know that she is safe and being well looked after. 10/10

The facilities are incredible, the biggest and best gym on the Sunshine Coast. You couldn't ask for any more in a gym, from sauna to masseuse to beauty therapist to Les Mills classes, outdoor area, boxing studio, cardio deck, they have it all. A vibrant and fun, positive energy and staff are all really friendly. 10/10.

This gym hands is the best gym I’ve been too. The staff are so friendly and kind and just have the warmest greeting when you come in. It’s big enough so that you have plenty of options to choose from. The classes are amazing and the vibes are just on point. Even better, they have boxing bags and hardly any gyms have boxing bags so that’s even more of a plus for me. If you were thinking about joining a gym, fitness cartel is the place to be. Whether you are just starting or you used to go and have been thinking about coming back, DO IT, it’s the best decision you will ever make.

Absolutely amazing.they put your health, physical and mental above all.greeted with a friendly smile by all staff and gym members.the environment is amazing honestly.my first gym and someone who suffers from anxiety and i spend at least an hour there every day.so clean and spacious.i can’t express enough how much i love going there.it’s one big family.

Good space and a huge health club lots of equipment and can find everything you need. In love with this club all time favourite place of mine.

This is the best gym! The facilities are amazing. Lots of machines and space to work out, with a great atmosphere too. The staff are all lovely, especially the lovely ladies in the kids crèche - my kids love it there

My Father recently returned from the South West QLD. Had no internet access and no phone. Stuck out there due to COVID. He was not aware that world gym had been taking out money since June.even though he had prior to COVID put the membership hold. There was no call, no text no clarification to double check that he was happy for the membership to even continue. When he called to explain his circumstances - He was hit back with " we sent you an email". Didn't realise that one email in the random 10000 that you get from world gym would be sent without even a ' important' notification? No a text or a call stating that the membership was now active. Just one email, in the flood of thousands. Not happy.

Buy membership from gumtree, can find better deals there! Its a good gym Overall, especially if you find a good deal for the cheaper memberships but a bit more expensive for the short term memberships they can offer you. They have good classes and friendly instructors and punching bags and good facilities but can get a little busy at peak times and can get annoying when wanting to use a machine and somebody is there just looking at their phone. A wide range of personal trainers and a decent cafe so take a look and chat to them, see what they can offer, then look on gumtree.

Great range of equipment and good staff. Good sup shop and other facilities too. Admittedly it can get busy at post and pre work times, more so than any other gym I've ever been too. But besides that, it's great.

4 stars because they seemingly won't fix the mislabeled & unlabened locker keys so you've got to play try match the lock with the key 1 out of every 2 times you want to use the lockers. Is it really that expensive to engrave 2 numbers on each keys guys?

The gym it self is one of the best I have been to, including European gyms.
It has everything for the novice to a professional body builder.
Don't know what it is but the staff don't seem to speak to you if you aren't built like a machine or a barbie doll.
As said the gym itself is the best.

A massive gym with everything you could possibly want for guys and girls with no attitude. On vacation so got a weekly pass. Made to feel welcome from the first moment. Absolutely perfect!

Really bad service one of the staff had an affair with my boyfriend told me to leave all of Queensland just so they can be together! Unprofessional and not honest at all.

World Gym is a phenomenal brand. Staff are always friendly, their megagyms are World Class. Highly recommended!
