Been attending this gym for about 5 months now, and I love it. I used to attend snap fitness, but I’m now in love with world gym. Staff n trainers are lovely. Gym aesthetic vibe is perfect. I’ve recommended this gym to a few of my mates.

So many different machines to choose from.
A really fun atmosphere.
I have been a member for just over a year & I feel so confident & welcome.
My favourite thing is the crèche facilities.
As a single full time working parent, it's great to be able to take my kids with me after work & on the weekend for a very small fee.

Awesome gym with great facilities and equipment. Staff are also super friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend.

Was very surprised by the size and amount of equipment, even going on a busy Saturday morning was still able to get a good workout done, clean and friendly staff are a definite bonus

I had a good time during my free trial, used the stepping and running treadmills, rowing machine and one of the upper ab exercisers. I recommend the facility. The equipment, layout and atmosphere seemed in good repair and safe for all. No one laughed at me, and they should have because I had no weights on the lower chest equipment and got tired very quickly: D

Visited there this morning, contemplated joining as I work around the corner. This mornings experience made that a definite NO. No hello or even slight feeling of welcome nothing, had to say visiting, gave money and got a thanks and I will let you in. Upon leaving, same vibe but was chatty with the Customers she was serving and making shakes for, I had $24 worth of drinks to purchase, no eye contact or a simple "won't be long" smile or sign of acknowledgement. I waited and when they left.no "hey sorry for the wait, how can I help" she carried on doing what she was doing until I approached the counter and put the drinks down. Still no "how was your session". No nothing! She puts the drinks through and gets eftpos ready, I put the payment through eftpos and get a "thanks for that" I waited for the tyro to say approved and asked did it go through.in this time she is chatting to a member about what they need and comes back and says "should be ok" to me. No smile and looked like it was a chore to even speak.

Summing this up, it appears the culture there is that if you are visiting and not known to workers, you are simply just a $20 inconvenience. Sad reflection of Customer Service guys, thanks for making my decision easy.

Couldn't provide working equipment so cancelled membership, got charged a cancellation fee even though they could not maintain and make available advertised equipment.

This would have to be the worst worlds gym around. Last few times I have been here the aircons haven't been on, the gym is crammed full of machines in such a small place that you have to zigzag threw the quipment. Weights all over the place and in the incorrect spots. I'd give it zero starts if I could. Do not recommend this gym what so ever. Very disappointing

Only one scale in the gym which has been broken for 3 weeks now. A lot of other equipment is always broken and just left that way months before fixed too. Quite disappointing

The crèche at world gym is amazing, my kids love coming! They have fun and always enjoy different activities! The ladies are wonderful, welcoming, supportive, loving and caring! I can train without worry as I know my kids are safe and well looked after! Best crèche my boys have been part of! Thank you ladies!

Absolutely awesome gym. Everyone there is serious about achieving their fitness goals and it rubs off on you. The staff always greet you when you arrive and leave. Huge amount of equipment to suit any workout. Lots of squat racks (I think there are 6 or 7), lots of cardio equipment, just a great place to come to.

Awesome atmosphere. Great staff very welcoming and helpful with all needs. Recommend this gym if youse are looking to kick off your fitness journey and feel welcomed.

The crèche at world gym is super amazing the ladies that work there are loving, caring and always ensure children are busy doing different activities. It gives me free time to workout and I know my children will be safe and well look after:) thank you ladies

The gym is amazing that goes without saying and the staff are so friendly and accommodating. The creche is just amazing! They are so helpful and accommodating, even to health needs such as diabetes! That is hard to come by! They are always doing themed days and arts and crafts, great room for them to enjoy. They have built great relationships with my kids over the years and I can trust them to take the utmost care of my kids even with special needs! I'd highly recommend this gym and creche to anyone with little ones.from babies to school age, they are a fantastic team!

I hardly ever write reviews but World Gym Upper Coomera has been a very good experience for me and after lots of looking at other local gyms, suits all my needs (classes, gym, equipment, energy, and creche. PARTICULARLY creche.) I have two year old twins and I can honestly say this is the best childcare one can possibly get for such a modest fee. Naomi and the staff are so nurturing and warm to my kids, attentive to what their needs are on any particular day and very professional. They also work extremely hard to keep everything clean and organized for kids, creating activities for them and keeping them engaged the entire time. I do not have to worry while I am training that my kids are bored or neglected. My toddlers also LOVE the ball pit and climbing equipment. They get exercise while I do so it has made going to the gym as a family a very positive and happy part of the day!

This gym is next level - the most family focussed, community orientated gym I’ve come across. The group fitness instructors, Kellie, Renee, Ainslee, Amy and Jacqui (just to name a few) are so passionate, friendly, and genuinely care about you. Everyone says g’day to each other. It’s such an incredible atmosphere and I don’t know many gyms with a group fitness culture like ours.

The best and most loved gym. I’m someone who would last 3 weeks then never seen again. But WGC has so much to offer! There’s so many fitness group classes, crèche for the children, massive bike room, boxing area, yoga room, 2 weight areas, athletics area and cardio area. It’s massive and the place is extremely clean and smells amazing. Not like other stinky gyms. But what keeps me coming back is the staff (especially our Kellie), the instructors, the pts and the people. Theres always something exciting going on and many deals, competitions, challenges and reasons to keep motivated hence why WGC keeps me coming back for more. I recommend everyone join. Trust me it will be the last gym you will ever join (well unless you have to move away) xx

Good family orientated gym. Good fitness classes, good equipment, good friendly, motivational and supporting staff. Great chrech and team. Most of all, location… LOVE IT

Love this place, from all the amazing staff to all the gym goers.everyone is sooooo helpful and nice ️
So many classes available in person with one of the amazing instructors or Virtual. The facilities are huge and clean, love a shower and sauna after a workout, no problems.they have that sorted for you too! What's even better is that it's a 24/7 gym too.
Highly recommend this location, much love to the whole WG family ️️
