World Gym Brisbane

Absolutely disgusting customer service. Came in to sign up my partner and potentially a third person. Was turned off by the rude staff in reception today… wouldn’t recommend

No Frills, Open Plan, Plenty of Brand New equipment and weights. HIIT classes by the charismatic Ruby are Fun, Frantic and Fabulous. Attentive welcoming staff. LGBTQIA+ friendly. There's seriously nothing to fault. Everything you need in a Gym to reach your fitness goals minus the hype and pageantry. 10/10

This is probably the worst gym I’ve been to. Old, dirty equipment, with a lot of them being out of order for months before any sort of maintenance is done. I also recently learnt the hard way that their security cameras don’t work, which I found out after they were no use when my car keys and car were stolen at their gym. It’s been 3 months and I’ve still not heard anything from them about that at all. Not even an apology for their significant failure in maintaining the security of their members.

Plenty of equipment but old and broken half the time. Cardio equipment rarely works properly and isnt even old, just poor quality.

This gym is disgusting, I don't know how they haven't been shut down. Absolutely filthy. Spend your money somewhere else.

Needs some love. Stains all over astroturf. No proper weightlifting platforms. The change rooms are like a donga in a perth mine, very unusual setup. Barbell Weightlifting racks not even screwed into floor properly (1/4 screws in each pole) so weird. Equipment mostly old apart from cardio. I mean its got what you need including a good outdoor hammer/tyre area but out of all the world gyms ive been to (Rockhampton, cairns, port mac, coffs, ashmore, surfers, burleigh, Newcastle west & Townsville) this is the worst condition. You would think its a 50 year old outback gym, not something in Brisbane

I don’t have any words to say except the worst gym in brisbane. I signed up for stafford and came down to visit and was so disappointed in the quality of the equipment. Plates and equipment were damaged, holes in the walls, and WHAT GYM MAKES U PAY EXTRA FOR THE SAUNA.

Great gym! Large and open with plenty of equipment for the busier times! The kids loved the creche and the atmosphere was great! A friendly gym with great staff!

Awful customer experience. Took 2 weeks to transfer membership and no one could figure out how to give me a 24h tag. 1 month onwards and I'm still being charged by world gym mt gravatt because the manager has not actually fixed up any of the accounts. The gym is extremely unclean and a lot of machines are in disrepair. Toilets are disgusting.

Met Emily tonight and she was so helpful and friendly on reception as l am transferring from another location. Some very inspiring and distracting gorgeous men working out (dam). Best physics in Brisbane train at World Gym Brisbane.

Really big and lots of equipment but heaps of stuff is either broken or really dirty. Not a lot of mask wearing or wiping down equipment going on either?

Is really good the amount of implements and exercise machine.
But some of them really need be maintained properly and maybe add some weight plates racks as they are all over the place

Walked in 3 staff members not 1 looked up or acknowledged me.all 3 just playing on there phones or the laptops. ‍️

I don’t recommend this gym because the staff are rude and need to learn how to use good customer service.
There’s no music and they said because it doesn’t work, what gym doesn’t have music?
Also the gym needs a good clean especially the toilets.
Not very hygienic at all.

The staff at the front desk always greet with a smile, the equipment is in great condition, regularly see cleaners making their rounds. 5 stars.

First day back after a long hiatus but great can be back in such a fantastically equipped gym with such friendly staff

Excellent gym in Australia i have ever seen in my life staff is amazing and highly experienced, wide and spacious place and above all clean and tidy

The worst gym I've ever been to in my life. You literally can't breath inside. It's just an old steel frame warehouse with +40C degrees under the roof, no aircons, 6 fans and only 1 of them is working (the rest are broken and covered with 50 years old dust). All equipment is old and rusty, lockers are broken, shower is for 1.5 meter tall people only. Good thing I didn't pay for it cause I had a free trial there. I hope they don't charge more than a $5 per week.

Dealing with this company is very bad because it does not respect its customers at all, because after subscribing for more than a year, and because it happened with an accident in my head, and I cannot continue, so your call is obligating me to pay a full month’s subscription and I do not know why and this is very defective and as a result of this bad behavior I will not advise anyone to participate in this The club and when I regain my health I will go to another club that respects its customers.

I feel so comfortable here! Lots of space, great equipment, super easy to navigate around! Staff are all lovely and super helpful!
