Suzy seems like a nice person but as far as value for money and personal experience goes. I paid $140 for a "new" resume which is basically a copy/ paste of my original resume that I sent to her, with a summary of my skills and objective added to the first page of the resume!? The documents were returned with a small but significant error that I had asked to be updated twice after receiving the draft, however I had to fix it myself. The business model here is to pack in as many customers and do minimal hours on each project - I understand this from a business and money making decision but not from a customer service perspective, which is my area of expertise.
I also don't usually leave bad reviews because I understand how challenging it can be, managing customer expectations and sometimes we can never do enough to please customers, but this was not the case for me, as the customer on this occasion. The cover letter is fantastic (I paid $35) and I would suggest to get Suzy to write you a cover letter BUT just stick with the regular format of resume, if you already have decent communication skills (There are minimal changes compared to my original resume) add some transferable skills to the breakdown and you will save yourself money that we unemployed people simply can't afford to spend on empty promises, especially those which strongly resemble our existing failures and poorly worded disappointments!
It's partly my fault, I only read the new sections of the resume on the first page during the draft because there was a list of other info that she needed me to respond to quickly. I did expect some level of editing or refinement to the rest of the resume. I hope you find this review helpful - hoping it isn't hidden or deleted as there are other low rated reviews which can't be read! Nothing personal, just didn't seem like real value when I looked into the work closer and realised it was my own original resume in a different format.
Edit: I receive a phone call from Suzy trying to make me feel bad for my review? I can't read or see any reviews rated below 5 stars, that's the truth.

I find Suzy to be professional, accurate, efficient and super helpful to which I have used her service a couple of times. Like they say when you find an exceptional service and/or someone great, don't change. I recommend Suzy to everyone and will be asking her to do my sons CV when he is old enough to get employment. (I hope your still doing CV when my grandchildren need one)
