I never write reviews very disappointed with Woolworths Oxley the staff are very rude and sensitive one of the young ladies nearly knocked over with a trolley No Apologies just gets touchy what will happen if you knocked an elderly person over compliant about her nothing was done about it she still kept on doing what's happened with the service in Australia we're hiring wimps and touchy people very disappointed

Hi would like to thank Sandra from woolies at oxley Brisbane for looking after me today. I had a sugar low and vomited over Halloween. I was so embarrassed but nothing was a problem for her. She was compassionate and caring. Thank so much Sandra it meant alot to me.

Saw two employees pointing and gossiping about me. Made me feel very uncomfortable while shopping.

Like most Woolworths with some bargains to be found if you look.

Had a specific request about a product and staff looked it up and then took me to the aisle to find it.

Great customer service.

Quite wide selection of different goods for not big shop in very convenient location nearby the train station.

Nice woolies. Has most stock but could have more options. Good parking and store is clean and tidy. Staff usually pretty friendly.

Filthy, understocked store.

The self-checkout area has been reeking of urine for at least two days now. This store never has stock and is constantly discontinuing items that are available in all their other stores; I've never done a grocery shop here and been able to get all the items on my list. I have also bought several items from here that were full of mould indicating the staff don't check the products. This included a bag of grated cheese and some bagels. The worst by far was a sachet of cat food which upon opening released a stench that permeated my apartment for a week.

I don't like people at the best of time but staff were great and shop was clean, stocked and simple.

Woolworths is a great place to shop especially if you have a rewards card. Get the rewards d d's app and you will find products that you can "boost" and earn more Reward points. Before you know it you’ll have an extra $10 to spend.

Shopped here today (26 June 2021). Awful shopping experience! Just 2 tills open on a Saturday afternoon which led to massive queues. Won't be coming back any time soon!

Very convenient location, close to train and bus services. Found the variety in store great compared to other Woolworths stores.

Street and undercover parking with escalator ramp or lift access. Clean, well presented store. Part of shop cluster including bottle shop, newsagent, chemist, bakery, fashion, sushi, barber, cafes and more. Very close to Oxley train station.

Staff did not let us wait to pay for groceries taking us to express row.
Store clean all shields stocked. Discounted lines generally in open area or marked on shields.

Very disappointed today after having a bad customer service experience from Kiara on the front desk. Usually Woolworths Oxley’s customer service staff are very friendly and helpful, but today wasn’t the case. Hopefully Woolworths will pay more attention in allocating the right staff in such a vital section.

Woolworths is never my favourite place to shop as the franchise clearly feels it’s products are worth more or perhaps they offer better service? Big fail Woolworths Oxley your staff today are the rudest I have ever come across. But perhaps they are all feeling pressured, particularly the 10 percent serving at the registers and the poor girl on her own in the deli with 10 frustrated customers waiting to be served as everyone else was busy doing home shopping orders and ignoring customers. If you want to charge 10-15 percent more than Coles or Aldi I suggest you offer a more satisfactory shopping experience.

I was talking to Joy, Woolworths Oxley, at the service desk on the the phone. She was extremely rude and patronising. I definitely think she should get the sack.

Well stocked supermarket. Parking is always available in the level below. Some food shops, chemist newsagents, etc shops are situated in the small mall.

This Woollies has been here for a year or two. I decided to drop in this afternoon.

I was somewhat impressed by the size of the store. The isles are nice and wide, with a great variety of goods on offer.

I liked the idea that it has its own bakery too!

It’s very convenient with the undercover parking too.

I found the service to be really nice. I’ll probably use this Woollies more often now. Rather than driving up to Sherwood.

Went there to buy food. The lad who served us the till was a credit to Woolworths. The two useless employees lingering around the self service area talking and just watching customers should maybe consider doing some work or resigning. This shop is better than Woolworths in Sherwood and better than nearly every Coles in Australia in my opinion.

Great store with lots of undercover parking. Friendly and helpful staff with well stocked inventory. Close to both buses and trains in Oxley.
