Woolworths Metro Hamilton Harbour reviews
34One of the more expensive Woolworths with an extremely limited selection. Also one of those stores that treat you like a criminal if you're paying with cash. There were public toilets nearby here which are now closed and locked with no access. I would suggest going to the IGA nearby or holding out for a proper supermarket.
Went at 9pm on a Saturday night and it was closed despite it supposed to be open. Fix your opening hours if they’re not correct here.
Probably one of the smallest Woolworths I’ve ever seen. Went in for some food for work and they don’t sell the bigger tubs of pasta/coleslaw salad, they don’t have a deli?
The cheese and bacon bread rolls were so cold they felt like they had just been defrosted.
The only plus of this trip was the cooked buffalo/Chinese wings which they had plenty at 2: 00pm which most stores there usually all gone by 11: 00am
Really only worth going to in an emergency or if you need the absolute basics, as this is a very small, basic version of Woolworths. They just didn't sell a lot of the things I was looking for when I stopped by.
The older woman 'trish' is always so rude when I shop here. I thought perhaps she was racist but my neighbours (who are 'white') say she's always rude. That's not good enough WW's when the rest of your staff are so friendly and obliging! Even though I live in the complex I'd prefer to walk the extra distance and shop at Coles in Ascot rather than be treated so rudely each time she is on the counter.
Was a customer at Woolworths and other venue and still received a parking fine from Care Park for two minutes over.
I will never return to Hamilton Harbour retailers again. The management have outsourced the parking to the well known for being scams and shady contractor Care Park who are fining patrons and consumers 1 minute after the two hour limit.
Quite appalled at the service I received at the counter. I was paying by cash so had no option to self serve. The woman threw every item into my bag. To the point where every item made a loud thud and the onion bounce! Not entirely sure if it was intentional or if she didn't care. Then left mid transaction to collect a bag of garbage at the other side of the service area.while I was waiting to pay. Not sure why this had to be done right then and there with me awkwardly waiting for her. From the aggressive packing to then being completely ignored.this was a confusing and off putting experience. I will never use cash again here, just to avoid this woman.
Called in tonight to grab a few things. The staff in this store were so helpful and friendly, was carrying a few things guy came over and offered me a basket, store manager jumped on a register and served me (even though I'd only been waiting for like 30sec. Store is clean, well stocked with plenty of options. Very impressed, staff and store a credit to Woolworths
Made to feel like a criminal more than once and every time I have scanned all the items correctly and paid in full. They constantly just slow everything down and I don’t think you should be on trial when you shop

Go here often, shop is always clean stocks all the basics but I always find the fruit and veg is not very good quality and tends to go off in a short space of time compared to other Woolies
Friendly and efficient service. A smaller Woolworths but well-stocked. Parking available directly in front of the store. Peaceful café in front corner right beside bakery.
Great deals close to end of day. 2 years later, I bought garlic bread and received mouldy loaves one month past expiration date. Disappointed with extremely casual and unapologetic attitude by staff. Buyer beware!
This is a Woolworths Metro so I find this more of a convenience store than a real Woolies. They stock a smaller selection of items than most stores & seem to be more expensive so I would never do my main weekly shopping here. They are open a little longer than most Woolworths & parking can be an issue with the popular restaurants in the same complex.
Ideal little store for a quick purchase on your way to or home from work. Limit range of products keeps you from feeling overwhelmed, so be aware that you may not find everything you're after.
Place is a mess there was stuff on the falls including food in the front area and the staff were judgemental I didn’t feel welcomed in this store
This is a small convenience store.even so this has just the right kinda stuff for me.don't need supermarkets to shop these days.
A pleasant shopping experience, but as it is a metro-style store it does have a limited range. Perfect for most single people and travellers though.
Strawberries i brought were rotten. Beware. Sales guy says they have no mechanism to stop this from happening. Disgusting.
