Woolworths Macarthur Chambers

Produce section needs a shake up.

Potato varieties regularly mislabeled (and therefore mispriced).
Produce staff generally disinterested in correct identification of products.
It used to be better when former Produce Manager worked there.

Only bad thing as this is a major busy store. Only go here for the odd thing, most people do. Has the odd 20 or so self serve checkouts. So be prepared.

Always friendly people in the supermarket and at the checkout we always have a quick chat. What more can I say, I am there at 7am every Monday and Wednesday and never had a complaint and I am the classic winger if there is anything wrong so they are definitely doing something right lol
In one word great and outstanding staff.

A large, busy inner-city Woolworths that has everything you need! I was taking the train so I didn't check on parking, but great to walk in!

Good for an inner city Woollies and larger than the Coles supermarkets. Heaps of self service checkouts, so never a queue.

This Woolies is certainly good to have in the city, but sometimes lacks items I need because of limited space. There are certainly plenty of self serve registers though!

Would be 5 stars but they are selling hot cross buns when it's no where near Easter. It's a travesty

Very busy and understaffed. The unmanned check out system seems to be only way to buy things from here.

Really good supermarketand so convenient in the CBD.
Great range of products and produce.
Unlike some others in the city, they actually have the advertised and catalogue specials. Staff are generally very friendly and helpful too.

Stock isn't maintained well and some standard Woolworth products are not stocked at all, yet are available a few blocks away at woollies on Queen Street, between the two locations you get close to a standard woollies

Their inventory seems quite competitive compared to similar shop like cores. Even staff is kinder than any other coles near this area.

There was construction at the fruit and veg end of the shops and a strong chemical odour. Probably be good once it's finished, service was really good, staff are friendly.

Love shopping in Woolworths. Always fresh produce and sooo much healthy stuff.prices are reasonably good

Love This store. Cooked food available very early so you can pick up your lunch on the way to work. Check the weekly specials. Lots of staff around so if you can't find something, someome is nearby. Love the daily hand made sushi. Huge selection of lovely cheeses, salami's.

This store should be open 24/7 as it is so central. The cheap Woolworths brand eggs sell out sometimes. The self checkouts work well for a quick purchase.

Very well laid out supermarket, always clean and tidy and the staff are always busy sticking shelves with fresh produce and goods, always great selection. And finding things are very easy as the staff are always helpful and know were items are. Shop is undergoing few changes but they have managed the inconevince very well with very little distraction to customers, when using self checkouts they are plentyfull and not congested staff are selling to help you out if you need it. Deffintly my store of choice in the city

It was an evening time, in the city shop, but they had run out of most of their dips and that was what I was looking for.

Ms. Hetal at checkout brightened my day with her cheery disposition and wonderful customer service. I will most definitely be back because of her!:)
