A male customer and I wanted to buy loose majool dates from the refrigerated fresh produce section. As no tongs were provided, customers had to use bare fingers/plastic bags to pick the dates. However to my disgust, this man ran his bare fingers through the dates in 2 of the 3 boxes, to pick the dates he wanted! Woolies management - health and safety of food hygiene compromised! I complained about this unhygienic behaviour by the male customer to the young man in charge of the fresh produce section. Thank you for your patience Riley.
Dates are usually consumed raw. To leave it exposed (box cover taken off) to dust and contaminants on the lowest refrigerated shelf and with no tongs to handle the fruit, seems poor food safety practice. Can management kindly look into this matter? Thanks.

They added some new trolley bays in the car park, which I am sure people will ignore. They have pretty much stopped selling Cafality style products and have switched to Nespresso.

This definitely is one of the worst Woolworths stores as far as customer service goes.

Very hard to find anybody and when you did ask someone after finally locating them they couldn't be bothered and the answer was I don't ask someone else

What a disgrace that t stuff like this are still employed

I’m a local and shopping at Woolworth forest lake from past 25 years, I have seen many nice people working at forest lake Woolworths over the years but 1 person who really stands out is Sam, he is very kind and helpful young man, always goes out of his way to help out. We need more people like him in this world who are kind to everyone no matter what background or colour of their skin.

Absolute shambles in store ever time I go there. Staff just keep pointing to different isles when I ask them where I will find a particular item, no one cares to just walk and physically show where the item is. Today wanted to buy some falafels advertised on the website, one staff said isle 10 nothing there, other staff said isle 13 nothing there, other staff said go to deli nothing there. So frustrated with their customer service I just left the store. Disgraceful attitude from staff

Very disappointed that the they deli section can’t used the meat slicer in the afternoons and the excuse is always “we just cleaned it” even though the last few times I was in was before 5pm.

Again I went to my favorite store at Forest Lake, as usual the staff were smiling and friendly. The store always is clean and inviting, I highly recommend you go and check it and the staff out. Who knows you may discover some bargains. Good luck

The best local woolworths in regards to range and friendly service.
I have Inala and Richlands closer yet choose to go to Forest Lake.
Their range is always stocked, with a plentiful selection to choose from also.
My family does their prevalent shopping of groceries here and are happy for the one-stop convenience.

Several items were missing from a pick-up order, but it was probably because they were busy. One staff member was rude, but the others were friendly and apologetic for me needing to come back. Items that were missing were found and given to me. Overall, not a bad experience.

Today 26.03.22 at around 11am very rude lady was working on self service checkout. Looked into my bag, my daughter backpack. Was standing near me the whole time while I was scanning groceries. I am spending $300-400 weekly here, for 9 years, love all the staff, but today felt terrible. Not going back and will tell all my friends and family.

I will not support a company that mandates vaccines on their staff. People who were worried the effect the vaccine could have on their health would have been forced to take this vaccine to keep their job. Nobody should have to go through that. The amount of vaccine injuries is not being honestly reported, just like the protests against the vaccine, and the countries that have much lower death rates from using pretreatment. Meanwhile pre treatment proven to work is blocked, censored, or falsely discredited in an attempt to force everyone to take a vaccine. This is not a conspiracy theory, it's pure corruption and I refuse to support people who support it.

When you chose not to deliver my groceries today, even though I tracked they had been picked, it would have been courteous to email me that advice. I understand the weather has disrupted deliveries but communication is expected when you cannot deliver, I would have thought! So now what? You took my money and no goods to speak of.

Absolutely hopeless store.
Online deliveries are absolutely shocking.
Service is disgusting and unacceptable.
Shopped at woolies 20 years and this store has converted to me to COLES.

I was in your Forest Lake store this morning, 7 February 2022 at about 10.30am.
I received good help from one of your staff, a young man who was stacking the fresh fruit shelves. The item I was seeking was not a common one, (a 24-hour programmable timer), so he accompanied me to the correct location and found my item. Please give him a pat on the back and a "Well done" from Bill YP.

I enjoy visiting this store. I know where everything is and the staff are amazing so helpful I had one lady who took t h e time to show me how to use woollies BOOST to gain extra points she was so helpful. The bakery staff are great just ask for what you need and if it's available they will get it for you. Also great deli section.

Gets very busy. I think I need to be the trolley girls as I make sure there's all away be trolley there? But thank whom does the trolley run. They do try to keep up.

I just had been to the Meat section of Woolworths, Forest Lake and had a very unpleasant experience. The service lady was very rude and unfriendly towards me. She behaved in such a way that she really didn't want to serve to me and just walked away from me. When complained to the next lady, so too was supporting her. What do these people think of themselves? To be honest, Woolworths have recruited these people who should never been in that place.

Click and Collect service and staff at the front counter need work. I am constantly checking over my receipt cause they're always forgetting items in the back, or just leaving items out and not providing reason. Then their solution is that we go into store and find it ourselves - only to find out sometimes its cause they're out of stock why bother having a click and collect service then.

Went in to get a refund for a cake we ordered (ordered a cake with Jam and didn’t receive the jam). We called and spoke to Ethan who kindly offered a refund, then we went in and spoke with Josh, who seemed very genuine and helpful. Excellent service!
