Woolworths reviews
61Fairly typical Woolworths, 1there is a BWS next to it as well as a nearby Audi's and Coles, I find I need to go to all 3 to get the best value shop
Wow wow and WOW, we were lucky today to be served by Nicholas today (yes Christmas time I met Nicholas). He was so friendly, so chatty, a great team member to help us through the checkouts swiftly or at least smiling at the end. Please hope that you get served by Saint Nick.
Regularly shop here, can I just shout out to the trolley collectors who recently recovered my red tote bag & returned it to customer service, truly appreciate it.
Love all the staff but honestly for ME Pauline melts my heart she's so sweet and love Renee both these women always make sure you are taken care of looked after and walk out smiling
Pauline went out of her way to phone a number of other Woolworths stores when they didn’t have the product I was after. Couldn’t ask for better customer service. She is a great ambassador for Woolworths. We’ll done Pauline. So friendly too.
The best woollies I have ever been in staff so friendly and helpful a great place to shop. John
Usually can find whatever I want here, and always at a great low price. The staff is always friendly and helpful.
People don't look where they are going while using their mobile phone.
I have a Mobility Scooter & have to Warn Heaps of People that don't SEE me.
Lucky I have a Dash Camera for Insurance Purposes.
The worst store to shop, no proper customer service, the lady at checkout so rude, never shop again
No trolleys the day I visited and staff just brushed it off when asked as if it was not their problem. Will be shopping elsewhere and if I need Woolies I will go to a different store.
Great friendly customer service neat & clean store their online service is highly recommended as well great communication letting you know they've substituted some items that were out of stock & refunded me for products that were out of stock also SMS you about your delivery status they really value their customers
Pretty decent for a change from Coles but I am just going to say Woolworths needs to get better with their vegetable stock in the freezer section.if aldis stock is full there's a huge problem and Woolworths is doing something wrong take notes from aldi
A good woolworths, got verry busy tho, had no issues finding everything i needed however parking there is a bit of a pain.
Supermarkets have a high standard of upkeep to maintain because of the high volume of food supplies made available for us the consumers. Another great clean tidy place with plenty of stock, something we should all enjoy right now and not take for granted with how local and worldwide events have had an effect on our everyday buying. Glad I finally found what my family specifically 'wanted' not needed (Aero mint chocolate)
Got most of what we needed. First time shopping in a few days been flooded in. Got 4litres of skim long life milk ready for our next bout of rain to come.
Checkout service was slow. Checkout lady was doubling her work packing groceries. She didn't put items straight in the bag after scanning. It would help if customers loaded their shopping items on the belt correctly by all frozen/chilled items together, laundry/cleaning items together, fruit n veges together, Bread/ cakes.
Just simple planning.
It's a Woolies.duh
I mean that Woolies are a known supermarket chain, if you're after groceries or similar This will suit you down to the floor, if you want to browse you can find interesting Asian and European foods and sweets.
They have a deli and fresh meat and vegetables.
You will have a Similar time at ANY Woolies in Australia?
Have fun a picnic race where you have to make up a picnic for 2 or more people every contestant gets a list they have to get. The winner is the one who gets the best/cheap/freshest ingredients and you go for a picnic locally.
Absolutely disgusted in this afternoons experience. 2 registers open with 2 employees as slow as sloths! The young boy serving me did not say one word to me and was taking his sweet time as if he was about to fall asleep on the job. Couldnt care less that the line was all the way to the entrance of the store and there was about 15 people in line just on his register. It took me about 40 minutes to get through and finish being served. Then i payed for my shopping ($270) and he asked me how much i gave him so he can enter it in the register. He had to give me $11: 50 change and it took him atleast a good minute to double check and triple check and quadruple check the change. Whoever did the rosters for tonight obviously messed up.
Lovely quiet place to stay. Very friendly staff and the people who are residents there were very helpful to me as a newby with my caravan. Will definitely stop in again and stay, reasonable prices also.
A good size Woolworths shop, normally with a good selection. Great breads. Convenient parking. Always seems clean. A bit hard to find staff to help at times.
