I knew what i wanted done, but not how and what was needed.

I had 2 team members help me. They understood my description, and together, we made it happen.

Once all was sorted, i just drove my car to the pick-up area, and they helped load it into my car.

As they say. Mighty helpful Mitre 10.

Staff gave the impression that nothing was too much bother.

I also left with a bargain gazebo for my motorbikes that didn't have a single issue during the Christmas bad weather.

I don't live close, but i will be back. It's worth a 45 min drive. Recommended by a friend and glad i went out of my way.

Today at 9: 02am I called this store on the line to check whether the cart product is available or not then I can drive to here and buy. I am clearly told there are plenty of the required products then tells me to come. After stock availability confirmation, I drive 1 hour and 14 minutes to this store, I am told on site there are not available. YOU WASTE MY TIME MY ENERGY and MY FUEL MONEY for your unbelievably poor and non effective communication. For the rest of my life, I will never forever come to this store once more. You are good at irritating customers.

A great hardware store with helpful staff. They have products the bigger stores don’t stick. Typical country hardware store

Customer service was excellent, walked in and was asked straight away by worker what it was I was looking for, very helpful.a little bit dearer than bunnings but wouldn't rule out because of that, good local hardware

Very extensive stock. Was very impressed with, to me, the new paint and decor department. They had an extensive selection of what I needed which was not the case in another well known hardware store.

Excellent service! Found exactly what we needed and it was the same price as bunnings and way closer.

A little more expensive than bunnings, as expected. They have a good selection And you should find almost everything you need

The guyz there are super helpful and friendly. I would highly recommend their knowledge and experience.

Love their prices also they have a wonderful supply of fruit trees plants and cacti the fruit trees have flowers on them around $30 big trees and healthy I bought a huge loquat tree they are now having renovations so will be getting a lot more stock in recommend this hardware really friendly helpful team too

Has a great range and friendly staff. I picked up the items I wanted here in ten minutes and for less than the other larger hardware store.

Some items are reasonably priced, other items are extremely over priced. Waited in line for what felt like forever heavily pregnant while they pretended to act busy so they didn’t have to serve us. Not entirely impressed.

I bought quite a bit of paint today and the gentleman that served me waited until I finished my shopping then loaded all the paint in my car. I was really impressed, this isn't the first time that they have bent over backwards to help me load my car - thank you
