Great little town a great spot to have a nice cold beer or a quick bite to eat. The staff are great and atmosphere is also great. Clean amenities. Highly recommend.

Service was friendly, meals were generous and tasty portions. Prices were wallet friendly.

Great dinners in the bistro with good space, facilities and a play area. Recommend if dining in Woodford.

Booked in for lunch for 12 we were the 2nd to order 55 mins later our meals arrived. We did ask staff and were told we were next twice. My meal was cold the burger was ordinary and the pie was okay but the fish meals were good. We have been before and have also recommended it but won't again and won't go back.

Great little country town pub.the food / meals are a little overpriced sometimes bit the size of the meals make it worth the price. Friday / Saturday nights good to meet locals.

Have came here numerous times with larger groups to enjoy the pub meal experience following extended camping. Today I ordered ice cream from another business and was half way through finishing when I joined my friends who already ordered a meal (which I was about to order) when the older heavier set manager of the day came to the table to say I was not allowed to finish my ice cream and I had to leave the venue. Other staff said they didn’t care though this particular manager was in charge for the day.

We all wanted to share a meal together before we went our seperate ways so friends ended up getting a refund and we went to another area for a friendly service at half the cost. Duly noted for future.

Decent size rooms which are kept clean and presented very well. No free shampoo or conditioner so bring your own if you want to wash your hair. Nice new toilets and shower has great water pressure but not very big so plan to shower alone. Comfy clean beds with fresh linen and fluffy pillows. Good parking and right next door to the pub for a short walk to eat dinner

Tough day at the office for staff, with Wi-Fi going down, affecting meal orders and draught beer being offline for a bit but they soldiered on. Great feed as always

Great location, clean well appointed rooms. Great bistro next door, excellent service and meals were quick to arrive even though it was busy.

Pleasantly surprised, rooms comfy and clean, shower pressure was the icing on the cake.well done guys awesome!

My husband and I stayed in the motel. We have stayed here before, had meals at the pub, they were great meals, and found the rooms to be clean and tidy and also fairly quiet, considering the pub is next door.

However, this time our stay was not so pleasant. There were other guests/ visitors to the person in the room 2 doors down from us, and they very loud, all night in fact!
They were yelling, laughing and also, what sounded like slamming doors! This racket was still going well and truly after 01.30am.

Some people obviously have NO
Consideration or Respect for others, who are quiet and trying to sleep!

Thought we would try them one more time. We had a 5.30pm booking & the place was pretty much empty. Still took 55min to get our meals (special of the day) & then my chips were so salty I couldn’t even eat them. Very disappointed once again.

Pretty upsetting really.came from out of town and heard wonderful things

Arrived to a not so welcoming and then sat at the noisest table available

Order just after 1 and only received half my order….

Pretty pathetic

Attended a wedding in the upstairs funct room and was very happy with both the service and the food. We had a wonderful time.

Always good. Lovely staff, experienced, on the ball and take pride in their appearance, all the girls behind the bar are absolutely gorgeous and friendly!

EXCELLENT FOOD & {mostly} GOOD SERVICE
Despite being packed out for lunch, we received our food in a reasonable amount of time - and it was excellent. Most of the servers were fast and friendly.except for the "lady" who served our table. She was as sour as they came. Apparently she had been called back to work the morning, after finishing a shift at 1am the same day. She made it perfectly clear that she hated being there, hated the customers, and generally hated being alive. TOTALLY SOUR. Unfortunately this killed all the good which we experienced, and seemed to become the main focus of our visit.don't order anything from the sour woman

Very disappointed. Ate here for tea previously passing through town. Great meal, great service on a fairly busy night by what we could tell. Came in for lunch. People who were just in front of us in line were served, had eaten and left and we were still waiting. Won't be back in a hurry if ever at all.

Apart from getting our steaks mixed up. Woodford pub is not a bad place to stop on your Sunday drive

Tried to order dinner at 8: 01 kitchen but the kitchen apparently shut at 8: 00pm. They turned away a group of 9, what an absolute disgrace

Great food and service. Staff prepared to go the extra yard. Pleasant surroundings and not crowded.
