If you are after a gym where you can train to your level WODFIT is the place. The professional team of coaches, 5star equipment and friendly members makes this gym a great place to train. And Our kids get to enjoy it to attending JungleFit Kids right next door.

I have tried a fair few different gyms/ workout groups and I just never felt much click, but WODfit is THE gym. I was so scared to even try crossfit as I was not anywhere near that ability level but straight off the bat, the people were so lovely and welcoming, not a flexer or fake in sight. We always seem to have a great big belly laugh at some stage of the session and I always walk out with a huge smile on my face. The workouts are amazing and challenging that any level of fitness can do, everyone helps you out and wants to see you succeed whether it's a muscle up or a push up. The trainers are super helpful and encouraging and I must admit very patient. I love how strong I am getting and some of the things I am capable of now that I never thought were possible. Try it, try it, try it.you will not regret it

As an over 60, I was hesitant to begin at Wodfit. However, 3 years down the track, and I couldn't love it more. Professional, well equipped premises. However, it is the people that are special. Always encouraging & challenging us, all the while making sure we are safe & enjoying ourselves. We constantly surprise ourselves with our newfound strength & flexibility - thanks Vanessa & staff.

I was introduced to WODFIT. I first started 7 months ago. As soon as I walked into the gym Vanessa instantly made me feel welcome and like I was apart of their family? Of course I was nervous as anything but she just knew how to approach me without making me feel overwhelmed.
Her knowledge and encouragement with every workout has helped build up my confidence so quickly that I am now comfortable to go to the gym alone and never feel judged but always have her support behind me to guide me into exercises that I have always doubted myself doing and never done before, but nope Vanessa believed in me from the word GO even when I don’t believe in myself she always reminds me of what I have accomplished and how proud she is of me and how far I’ve come in just 7 short months! Including encouraging me to enter, backing me and supporting me during in my first 2 CrossFit competitions!
Even now she has helped achieve nearly every goal I set with her 7 months ago and has now helped me set new goals for the new year!
Every session she is the most encouraging person to help me get to those goals we set together, she has and still is always behind me pushing me, encouraging me, believing in me when I don’t believe in myself, she is all round an amazing trainer and gym owner.
I don’t know where I would be without her and WODFIT ️
WODFIT is the place to be? And by far the best gym in town xx

I have been attending this gym for many years. I have jsut begun in the over 55's class this year. This is the most inclusive class and gym I know. We have clients aged into their 80's and we are all treated equally and as part of a family. Our coach is great and we have lots of fun as well as ageing Healthy and fit with her encouragement and support.

The community and people make this place really special.
They offer sessions for everyone from kids, in the purpose built kids gym, to over 55's, and specialised programming for people with additional needs.

One of a kind is wodfit Hervey Bay the coaches are amazing no matter your fitness level Everyone is there to help and to encourage each other.
Thanks to this wonderful place, and alot of box steps I'm no longer afraid of a ladder and my whole outlook on life changed for the better.

I have been a member of Wodfit Hervey Bay for the past 2 years, in the over 60’s.the best thing I ever did. I Should just say I have never been to a gym before, this place is amazing such a fabulous atmosphere and it has everything. Venessa, who runs a brilliant programme for us, oldies, we are all so young at heart. Even younger now it has helped us to become more, agile, balanced, co-ordinated, fitter, stronger and of course mobile, it’s such a professional set up but fun, which has given me so much, plus friends.
