Willows Shopping Centre reviews
52 The only gripe I have with the Willows is where it is. For we inner ring suburbians, like Currajong, it is a bt of a drive. I was hoping Aldi would be more central, too.
All in all, it was a great shopping experience.
Willows has mist of what you need, except a linen store unfortunately. But otherwise everything else is there, easy to get around.
Love Willows, all the shops I need are there and easy to find, small enough not to get lost with plenty of parking but big enough to have it all!
Plenty of car parking space. The shopping has a wide variety of shops to visit. Easy access from all parking areas
Although well appointed, I have always found this shopping centre to be depressing.
It is dark and dingy in areas and needs more natural light.
The food hall offers boring choices and needs more variety.
Maybe the forthcoming opening of Aldi will breath some life into the place.
The only escalator to the underground Carpark has been broken down for literally months now.
I visited RACQ last week and the staff were very helpful. Thank you for your knowledge & time.
My Favourite Place To Relax and Read A a Book! Spectacular Place It Feels Almost Magical The Moment I Walked In To The Building! Although It Is A Bit Loud
Terrible parking as always very busy day people everywhere kids screaming noted the coffee shop near Cole's has closed up interesting is this jab related maybe at least I was successful in getting what I wanted on the day, thankfully
Good shopping centre all the stores you could want as well as supermarkets & butchers & fruit shops,
Great place to shop. Fix the lifts! My disability clients don't like escalators but I help them cope. Thank you for making car parks a good size. We enjoy undercover parking
Found what I wanted, good atmosphere & service was good in each shop I went to - Woolies, Target & Millers.
For a few days the new one will have a nice to go on for a few days to go on and get to the shop
Wonderful place to Shop for so many different thing with so many different shop to look at and so many activities for the kids.
It's a central bus hub alongside stocklands. So it's full of all the criminals who daily catch the buses seeking their next prey. So if you enjoy being stalked all the way from the centre to the carpark, having your handbag stolen by a 12 year old and being dragged along the bitumen as your car roles away full of degener@tes laughing at you, then by all means this is the place for you! However on the plus side the Big W is great and my kids are addicted to their Smiggle store.
My local Shopping centre, all ways shop at Woolworths, great food court & underground Carpark. Great place to go.
I love the variety of stores here, and almost all of the employees are pleasant as well as helpful, a couple of stores could do with an upgrade, 1 being the console game shop it seemed an effort for her.
Should rename it "WEEPING WILLOWS".
Takes 38 minutes to make a coffee and toasted sanga and deliver it to ones table!
That's the place near Woolies!
The EATERY has the CHINESE and vendors that serves LUKE WARM food!
Nothing worse than stale luke warm chips and food, that by law should be kept at above 60 celcius, and below 5 celcius for cold food
Go to Stockland, at least management make sure quality and customer service is maintained to a satisfactory standard.
You cannot enjoy your meal at their eatery because apart from being luke warm, they music blares in your ears, and the announcements.
It is one of the noisiest centres one has been to in Australia.
Not recommended for people with autism or other sensory conditions!
I am not alone, many senior folk in my circle refuse to even step foot in the place, instead going to The Coles complex up the road, where we have everything needed, chemist, McDonalds, butcher, bottle shop, and it's the largest Coles in Townsville too!
Willows arrogant "take it or leave it" management has been contacted three times by me, but obviously do not care!
Even their tenants don't like the loud atmosphere!
I only go to Willows now for JB HiFi, then LEAVE for Stockland even though I more or less live in Mt Louisa!
Nothing special here. Numbers of shops are due for closure. I rather go to shop at Stockland in Nathan St.
Has some great school holiday activities happening at the moment, covid check ins all up and wasn't too many people when I was there this morning
