Dear Families, l am Susan de Kok who is the proud Centre Manager/Nominated Supervisor of Willow Early Learning Centre Mudgeeraba. I have managed this Centre for 8 years come April 2021. I could not be any prouder of the team we have. We aim continuously to meet the needs of every child in our service. I wish we could meet everyone's needs and make each and everyday perfect. We love our jobs, children and families with up most respect. I would like to take this opportunity to thank you all for the kind words that you have shared and would like to invite anyone to leave feedback.

I had a terrible experience with this childcare centre. They were not willing to support my child's need even after agreeing, which significantly disrupted his sleep and our family life. The children are not managed properly, I would regularly see children being aggressive towards one another and to the animals kept in the centre and this was not stopped. I also witnessed a child go missing within the centre. I would not recommend this centre as I only received excuses or denials for my complaints rather then helpful resolutions.

We had a lovely experience at Willow ELC and are sad to leave only due to moving interstate.
Every morning we, and our daughter, were welcomed so warmly by both the management staff and all the wonderful educators. This was so comforting being first time parents feeling the normal initial anxiousness around leaving our daughter at daycare.
The rapport our daughter built with her educators was so lovely to witness. She settled in very quickly and her development skyrocketed in her time at Willow.
Very thankful to have had the opportunity to meet the Willow ELC team.

I could not rave about Willow Early Learning more! The team are always so welcoming and our children actually love going to kindy which is a nice change from their previous centre. Would definitely recommend Willow to anyone thinking about putting their children in Early Learning.

Instantly felt comfortable leaving my baby there. They show so much happiness and affection to all the kids that attend.

The staff at this Kindy are brilliant. Both my children have teachers they run to in the morning. Bec is particularly great at her job. The centre provides so many resources information and communication through storypark I am always up to date. A fab Kindy

Very friendly environment and the centre gives you that warmth as you step in there. The educators are professional and passionate about providing excellent care for the little ones. All the kindergarten educators are doing a wonderful job in teaching, nurturing and preparing all the children to bloom in their respective schools next year!

Willow ELC Mudgeeraba is a fantastic centre. My son has been here for 2 and a half years and he absolutely loves it. Every day he asks to go and see his friends. The centre is ran with exceptional educators and professional, caring management. My husband and I appreciate everything they do for our son, the daily feedback we receive and the fun learning activities they provide. I would recommend this centre to any parent 110%.

Love this Centre, everyone who works at Willow is a pleasure to deal with, my daughter has never once been upset attending kindy she is always so excited - I love everything the educators do for my daughter and always keep me in the loop with her learning.

Willow ELC Mudgeeraba is a beautiful Centre with the most dedicated staff.
We feel so lucky to have found a place where our children thrive under their teacher’s care. It always amazes me how all the staff greet us by name each day at pickup and drop off. They continuously modify their learning environments to ensure each child’s personal interests are reflected. It’s lots of small things they do at Willow that makes such a difference.

Amazing staff, great facilities and catered too. I can’t recommend Willows highly enough! We moved so changed centres, but ended up coming back as other centres just don’t measure up.

Willow Early Learning Centre is an amazing child care center which my daughter loves going too. I can not thank the staff there enough, for they care they take with all the children, not just my daughter.
It is always a happy place to walk into, being greeted by Susan and Leah with a good morning and chat if you have time for one. They all know all the children by name too.

I highly recommend this Childcare Centre to everyone.

This centre is amazing, my son enjoys coming here and loves his educators- which is a relief for any parent concerned about leaving their child in the care of someone else. Susan the owner is so lovely & always has a smile on her face, always feels very welcoming. All the staff are very attentive and caring towards the children.
