7I decided to give Williams at Morayfield another try. I was looking at a pair of Dianna Ferrari shoes (value $159) and a pair of boots. 3 staff members were standing at the counter talking amongst themselves. No acknowledgement at all and no offer of help. My husband even said to them as we left the store that a bit of service would have been appreciated.and still no apology.

Twice now I have gone into your Morayfield store & both times left very disappointed. On both occasions 2 staff members were to busy talking to worry about me or to even ask "can I help you". On second visit another customer walked in after me & she was approached straight away. One staff member walked right passed me & totally ignored me. I went into this store to spend a large amount of money but I will never go to this store again.
Belinda was very helpful, got the shoe I wanted both for myself and my son very friendly.
Everyone in the store was absolutely lovely. The ladies shoe range was the best I've seen for a long time. Very helpful, courteous and professional.
