7Horrible Experience in the Mt Sheridian Shop today! Poor customer service! I Got interrogated by two ladies for trying to swap a bloody shoes which they’ve told me it was ok! I felt Out of my comfort zone so I just had to get a refund from it and leave. Would never shop there ever again. Not happy
Rachel was very very helpful. Outstanding customer service thanx again I will be back

Dear / Sir Manager
Today, without a doubt was truly amazing. Rachel in her lunch break helped me buy two pair of blowfish shoes online, carefully explaining how to do it. As I am rather mature it had been a daunting challenge. Her kindness was awesome. Please buy Rachel flowers or preferably give her a raise in wages.
Kindest regards Rainey

cheery disposition and total kin
Favorite shoe shop. Staff are helpful and friendly. Good range of styles and quality.
Staff were so busy yet they engaged and helped with a very happy disposition
I took my disabled child to the store to get some school shoes and spent 10 minutes looking around without any of the four ladies, who weren't busy, asking us if we needed help. I picked a style of shoe and asked if they would have a size that fits my son, maybe a child's size 6. She looked down at him and then back at me and told me their store wouldn't have any shoes that fit him. I don't believe I have witnessed that level of discrimination towards children with disabilities before. Absolutely disgusting. I went to another store that sold shoes and was kindly greeted by a young lady who was very helpful and easily found something to suit him. Definitely won't return there, and would suggest anyone with a disability to stay away from there as well. Apparently they don't have shoes for those with disabilities anyways.
