5I love coming to Williams as they have a great range of shoes at affordable prices. But quality is generally very good and the service is always top class. Too often you only get shoe shops that are top of the range and then the bottom of the range cheap rubbish. Williams is in the middle and so you have the best of both worlds.
Thank you Georgina for the attention you gave to my MIL who was looking for nonslip dancing shoes. She was never going to buy any, but we went back and low and behold another pair to add to the 100s of shoes she adores. Thank you, you made us smile
Absolutely rude service, waited 18mins to be served with noone in store. Every question answered back was with one word with a go away attitude.

Williams is a great little shop to buy shoes in. The staff here in Cairns Central is very friendly and helpful and the price is quite reasonable considering the quality. I would highly recommend them.
