Every time I’ve been there or walked past, all shop attendants are in the back for long periods at a time and I and other customers are literally left walking around an unattended store. Very poor service.

Great show shop. Very helpful in helpinge select shoes. As they didn't have my size, the person called around for me. Very grateful.

Store assistant tried her best to find some work shoes for me. I have big feet. We were successful

Ordered and paid for shoes almost 3 weeks ago and still waiting. I advised it's for a wedding and no one told me it was going to be this long of a wait otherwise I would've just gone to another store. Have tried to call the store continuously and no one ever picks up. If your reading this please respond because I'm not impressed by your service.

Terrible customer service. One lady today was good. Other one hopeless. She interrupted and started having an attitude. Did not know how to work the systems, getting frustrated all over a refund. No patience whatsoever and zero customer handling skills. The older lady came to the rescue again and fixed it. HOPELESS!

Usually buy shoes there, this time I stood there for a while while the shop attendant had to give job hunting advice to her group of friends visiting. After a while I gave up waiting and just left.

Thanks for the great service from one of your ladies at your North Lakes store. Her name was Jo and she was really helpful. I had my little 2 year old girl with me, so things are sometimes tough, but Jo was really good with her and me so it was really easy. I bought a pair of boots, that she fitted perfectly and a pair of lace ups. Great specials too, which is always nice. It was my birthday today and I was treated like royalty.

I love my shoes. Usually I buy from a cheap department store, but I got a voucher credit card from my Mum, so I put out to good use.

I'd like to give a special mention to Taj from your North Lakes store. Taj provided exceptional customer service when I recently visited. I had purchased a pair of shoes online & needed some assistance with after sales service & he went above & beyond helping me. He could have directed me to contact Williams online support, however nothing was too much trouble and everything was sorted. He made sure he kept me informed with 2 follow up calls. Thanks so much Taj! You're an asset to Williams!
