Williams shoes in Sugarland Bundaberg has the worst customer service I've ever seen. Multiple staff stand around talking and ignoring customers when I'm clearly looking around wanting assistance. Then they call out to a customer across the store asking if they need assistance ignoring me who is standing right in front of them.
NOT the first time I've experienced this lack of customer service at this store.
I won't be back! Fool me once.

Staff in a hurry to close helped me with one pair of boots I was keen on a half priced second pair but it was made obvious they wanted to close it wasn’t closing time yet So I went back today and paid full price for my second pair told the girl what happened just no response disappointing

Great quality shoe store with reasonable prices - staff are very knowledgeable and helpful

Went into store today The sales assistant wasn't very helpful I wanted a pair of shoes I was after a pair of blowfish shoes and had to ask for help if any others didn't offer an alternative no one in store. Very disappointing

We bought shoes here at half price and they are a good quality pair of shoes and great customer service as well!

Once again looked after, jennifer does a fantastic job and always goes out of her way to get you what need.
