7 Nice shoes. Tried on heels. Got given the wrong size so the lady went and got the Right size -she was clearly inconvenienced by me - a paying customer.
Then proceeded to complain about me in the store to another person for “not knowing my size & taking off my sock” -Which I have to do due to severely broken toe-
taking my sock off to try on High HEELS!
Which I bought.
Disgusting!
No I won’t join your member club & no I won’t be back unless my shoes are faulty.
And to you lady… you’re lucky I held my tongue.

All other staff were lovely & greeting.
Ingrid and Lauren were amazing they went above and beyond to help my husband and 3 boys out. We had to return shoes as they didn’t meet school standards and they were so helpful. Definitely recommend.

The place was packed but the service was really quick and easy. We were there for about 20mins to get 4 people fitted for school and work shoes. Staff were friendly, experienced and explained every to us. Highly recommended
Today I rang looking for 4 pairs of shoes that I had spoken to 2 other Williams stores that weren't quite unhelpful, so what a lovely experience it was to have been lucky that lucus from loganholm store answered my call, he didn't have the shoes however without me asking he said the stores that I could find them n even offered to give me the number, he then went above and beyond to ensure me 4 pairs ringing the stores and confirming They had them. He secured and found these 4 hard to find deleted shoes for me in less than 10 minutes took my number and rang me back, his professional helpful kindness was obvious through just a conversation on the phone. I had met him over a year ago buying shoes and he was just as helpful in person when it was so busy that particular time.thank you lucus for being so helpful and going above and beyond to help me with the shoes.so I'mwhat a delightful experience it was from the second Lucy's from loganh
